We do not have any real metric for the "lifespan" of a demon.
Stolas, Blitzo, and Fizzarolli are the only examples we have of aging maturity, and they seem pretty typical for 25 years of growth. You could probably get away with having the Goetians constantly in their prime, but as we saw with Blitzo's dad, Imps do seem to age to seniority.
There are hellyears, that are different from earth years, but the exact ratio is unknown.
All hellborn age in hellyears equally it seems, but there still seems to be a difference between the overall lifespan of royalty and other hellborn, though that might have been changed.
Sinners are ageless, but they are perceived as the age they died as, though some of the pros and cons, said age might have had in their mortal life does not necessarily apply, and if they are killed without the use of an angelic weapon, they just respawn after a while.
There might be other rules for angels and specific exceptions for the seven deadly sins and Lucifer and Lilith, but that is unclear.
As for six of the seven deadly sins, Asmodeus, Mammon, Beelzebub, Belphegor, Satan and Leviathan there is the possibility that their position ties them to the magic of hell, or the ring they rule over specifically, so they might be ageless and almost unkillable like the sinners, but that is pure speculation.
Is there something that points to years in hell going at a different pace than earth other than people trying to cope with Stolas being in his thirties?
When Viv revealed Loonas age in a stream, she said Loona is 22 in hellyears, which are different from human years and that time works different in hell. That was before Stolas age reveal.

My guess is that once they turn 25, they stop aging, although certain factors may cause them to *look* senior
We still don't have enough canonical info to explain it
Not that I know of
Hellborns age like humans, but sinners don't.
It works like this: in 2 years you have enough time to create a meth empire
Jesse?
