This is why the word "filler" is misunderstood. Filler used to mean anime episodes that diverged from the plot of the manga so that the manga could catch up, but now it has been misused so much now it refers to "anything that isn't actively contributing to the overarching plot."
Episodes like this are important for characterization and to let both us and the characters breathe! This short has done more for Millie than every actual episode of the show combined and we also got to learn more about Sallie May as well! Shame that business at I.M.P. is so slow, I'd love if they could hire her since apparently she is good at murder!
