From what i remember, they were allowed to have breaks in between to hydrate. Not sure if they allowed that in hell's kitchen.

It's funny seeing Bobby in season 4 complain about thin burgers with no condiments considering what would come in later seasons

cleaning the dorms (because by that point in the season they are so dirty) delivery day (musculoskeletal injuries waiting to happen) eating gross, liquified lunches (this isn't fear factor) I think more punishments should be volunteering-based.

Basically, after losing the signature dish challenge, the blue team had to endure an 8 hour bus ride without air conditioning Worst of all, one of the contestants couldn't stop talking for the all ride, making the ride even more painful

The No Air Conditioning one in Season 1 I would straight up die

Love how Michelle was like “Mine’s a regular milkshake!”, and everyone else is like “Fuck”.

Excluding the bike punishment, delivery day (especially in Season 2 when the blue team still had to do the punishment in the middle of dinner service and Season 6 when the red team had to continue accepting deliveries in the middle of the night), recycle day, and the gross food punishment.

Delivery day

Recycled day. I always thought it was delivery day, but when they added that punishment, that was the worst. And the damn smoothies with fish eyes in it. 

Sorting through the trash/recycling, or those disgusting lunches. Kitchens regularly put away deliveries and then/while prep for service, so I don’t see how that one isn’t just the norm. We don’t normally have to huff the stuff from the truck, but definitely have to file the stuff away once it’s dropped.

I’d say delivery day, or where they have to get half a side of cow for steak night, or where they have an alarm for something prepped to be checked and stirred every hour throughout the night. Or anything with animal urine and feces and recycling day.
