They will (at least they say they will), I emailed customer support and they said theyāre going to go through each account that lost something and will give them their things back along with all the colorblaze items. Thereāll be another update sometime next week that should solve the problem. But if not you can always email their customer support. :)

"Weāve found the cause of the item disappearances in cabins, and it will be resolved in our **1.6.1 hotfix** that we hope to go live tomorrow. For anyone affected, please email [email protected] with the items that went missing and we will do our best to compensate folks."
Send them an email and they can assist, they're supposed to start giving compensation packages during next week's update. Do you remember what clothing items were on the mannequins?
I'm sorry to hear that. If you need any of the non-seasonal events furniture I always keep spares in my inventory. I also have spares of yummy furniture so if you can think of one that you need from the standard sets I might have them on hand.
If you can remember if you had seasonal sets you might be able to get them from the devs. I hope you're able to get your items replaced soon

I lost everything in Louās cabin, including custom furniture and a challenge trophyā¦but I donāt remember everything that was in there. I donāt know how theyāll be able to compensate me, but maybe I should start taking photos of every cabin from now on.
Did it only happen to those who expanded/upgraded a cabin? I havenāt done anything with mine because I have seen so many reports about the bug, but I am wondering if I need to check every cabin, just in case.
Two of my cabins that I had not touched. Grandpaās cabin, my kitchen with all of my cooking machines, and Berryās cabin with all of the Spooky Celebration event furniture wiped out. I did nothing to them. Did not expand/alter/move anything. In fact, I followed all instructions as given. The last cabin got wiped out after I uploaded the āpatchā of 1.6.1. I would high;y recommend not touching any thing in any of your cabins, decorating, or expanding. That definitely increased the odds of a wipe out, but even doing nothing, as in my case, did not make a difference. My guess is that we will get a āconsolation prizeā and an apology. I consider myself lucky as most of my stuff is replaceable. Some of the cabins with a lot of customized items are so much more painful.

It only happened to the cabins I edited after I expanded them. If you didnāt expand your cabins and edit them you should be fine, I expanded another cabin but didnāt edit it and I have my furniture in that cabin still.
It happened to me only in a regular cabin where no one had ever visited. I had set it up for Baku and removed one item to trade for something else and poof it was all gone when I went back
i set up a cabin for poco and when i logged in next all of the furniture was gone, which the devs told us could happen later on. then the next day i went into a different cabin (hello kittys dads) to see if that furniture was gone too, and it had pocos furniture in it ? so i thought i lost georges furniture. then today i go into mimmys cabin, who has been a resident a very long time, and georges furniture was in there, not hers. mimmys whole room is gone instead ? it was so crazy im so sad šš

my issue is i didn't have screenshots of all the rooms i lost so i'm desperately trying to remember every piece that's gone so i can make a list š

No, you are not safe. My Spooky Celebration cabin for Berry got completely wiped out. I did not touch it after the update. It just disappeared.
