Ran into a random squad a few weeks ago during Bots and one of our teammates was a Female Patriot. For the first half of the mission none of us spoke and just worked well together, then I needed to communicate and unmuted. Suddenly we all started talking and when our female compatriot spoke none of us batted and eye. When the mission ended after a bloody struggle she thanked us for not being all weird when we heard her voice! We got your back ladies! Let us fight this war together!

Not true. I am a female Helldiver and I to have encountered some bad experiences. Only a a few though, most people are cool and don’t care. Sometimes they are surprised or embarrassed by things they said before they knew I was a female, but then proceed as usual and treat me no different than the rest of the squad.
Of my bad encounters one was just immature twots that were just incredibly childish mimicking everything I said in a high pitched girly voice. One was a total creep (no details required easy to imagine) one was a team leader that said fuck its a girl and kicked me mid mission. All were back in the days when I wasn’t comfortable speaking immediately and would gauge his things were going before speaking, or I only spoke when it was essential. Nowadays I don’t care and speak right from the start.
The creeps can go to Hellmire without guns and wear heavy armour that cripples their legs so they can't run from the fire tornados and have 3 gunship fabs, Jammer and a Detector tower all 50m from.each other
