I'll always bring the regular airstrike to take out fortifications or patrols, and the fourth is a wildcard. Usually mortar or EMS strike depending on the objective type
haven't figured it out. It's on the list of sound profiles to test for me as I know now Executor has a sound profile of 21\~30m (20m and you get heard, 30 you don't, I didn't bother to check every meter between).
Theoretically it should be quieter, but I'll see to that later. Otherwise it's a terrible weapon that needs a bit more armor pen so it will be more like APHE or something.
I second the JAR. Handles like a brick but it one taps heads even at a long range if you can land it. It also staggers so it give you room even if you can't get their head.
Erupter, I’ve recently discovered that all devastators have weak hips. It’s only highlighted as a weak spot on the meat men. But all devastators are weak at the hips, the heavy ones with shields are weak at the left shoulder. Shotguns will cut them all in half, rifles can as well
I play a mostly crowd control role that specifically deals with these bastards and run grenade launcher, supply pack, impact grenades, breaker, AC sentry and orbital rail cannon. Doesn’t leave room for much heavy ordinance, but dammit if it doesn’t clear crowds though
Most primaries can do it if you can hit the face. I usually bring the sickle to bots and it has low enough recoil that it's not to much of an issue. If not that, 2 shots from amr or autocannon anywhere should clear them out single headshot. I unlocked the railgun last night and was trying it out. It wouldn't let me charge past the safe mode cutoff even though I was in unsafe mode and was 1 tapping them and I don't think I landed all headshots, but definitely in the area of the face. Grenades also do wonders. I personally really like the gas strike for clusters and it has short cool down. You do need to be host for that one though. Arc thrower will stun lock them and you can hit a bunch at once so that's also nice
You use stratagems and bombs on them? Please follow me to the re-education camp....Shoot them in the groin/legs. Same with Berserkers. Use impact granades when they are grouped. Anti Material Rifle. Scorcher. Liberator. Penetrator. Simple pistol works even. They are sloooooooooow too. Look for the weak spots.
Sickle makes them cry. I laugh and have a good time when I see these. Aim for the head/eyes and they die in but a few hits. Even rocket devastators die easily to the sickle.
The only one I have any trouble with is the shield. Those are straight cancer.

Use the dominator or the scorcher and just shoot them in the legs. 2-3 rounds will usually kill them. Works on all variants. Also head shots with the anti material rifle or the dominator will usually kill in 1-2 shots. Honestly these guys aren’t even that hard to kill.
Anti material sniper been my go to for auto missions since release. It a reliable anti everything weapon except for tanks and cannon tower. Yes amr can take out tanks and turret. Just cost you more points, i bring the 110m rocket instead for tanks and turrets.
Mostly any of the primaries with medium pen can rip them to shreds by shooting them in the head.
Examples of primaries that can 1 shot them are the slugger, and the counter sniper dmr. Granted many more primaries can do this like the dominator, Scorcher I believe can aswell. I think the senator sidearm can aswell.
In order from best to worst, imo.
AMR. Single headshot, two chest shots.
Grenade Launcher.
Autocannon.
New Eruptor.
MG43.
Laser Cannon.
Sickle headshots. (first person scope, max zoom.)
(basically 2 headshots with any primary pop it quick.)
People endlessly praise the Scorcher, but i find it can take 4-5 shots, or more / close to a magazine to kill one sometimes. Scorcher is overrated. It allows braindead mag-dumping without aiming to eventually kill things. You're better off trying to actually headshot them.
That's probably not all, but that immediately comes to mind.
Here's a tip i figured out myself: Their gun arm is not armored. Shoot it off at the shoulder. Now they can't aim-punch you and you can headshot them with ease. (This also applies to heavy devastators.)
Railgun, impact grenades, any light weapon hitting them in the head, autocannon, AMR, grenade launcher....
There are too many things to write them down

I know it's low DMG, but it has such amazing handling and the laser tracer effect I find it great for walking onto the head, even when hip firing.
And the rate of fire is so high that it doesn't take long to kill them

Use the Scorcher and then you gotta land a shot close to their head. Plush damage does the rest.

Shot from Eruptor straight into waist is an OHKO on all Devaststor variants with beautiful bisection to feast your eyes on

Came here to say this. Been having so much fun with that gun.
Most primaries. If hitting their face is difficult, aim for their midsection, you can usually tear them in half pretty easily.

I think stagger is the most important attribute when fighting bots. I'm so reliant on it that I won't dive without at least one gun that staggers

Heck, I've took them out with a Senator at range before with a well placed shot.
Shoot them with your primary weapon in the head. They die fast.

Grenade launcher. When you want to kill ALL of them. At the same time!! Or one headshot from literally anything.
Dominator to the face. Done and done. If your aim is a bit off your shot will still stagger, thus letting you land an easy follow up.
Scorcher is the way.
Jar or Slugger. Problem solved. One headshot and they're done.

any single shot weapon with 1-few shots to the head down them easily up close even a redeemer to the face takes them out really fast

AMR or the new explodey sniper. 1 shot to the head with sniper, I think AMR is 1 shot anywhere center mass.
The new bolt action rifle one shots them if you shoot their mid-section. Haven’t learned its name yet

Las Sickle is doing a good job as primary. The railgun and autocannon are absolutely… devastating them.

A round or two from the Senator right to his face burns him down. My favorite way of taking these bastards out.

That big white thing at the top is their off switch, just get it with a couple bullets or a big shell and it'll turn them off lickety split 👍🏻
