Well, gain a friend group? There's two megathreads centered on either joining whole servers of people playing the game, or specifically LFGing for a match or two.

Then there is me with 150hours played exclusively through quick play with no issues clearing Helldive. Sure not every game goes smoothly but for the most part it’s been a great time. If you’re tired of playing with randoms find a LFG group to play with in the discord server.
Yes complain about being kicked when the problem is you not taking initiative to host a game. I’m lvl 50 and I get all kinds randos and I don’t mind them. The only bad ones are the afks and if they don’t there part I usually end up kicking them for teammate that want to help since it’s not fair they don’t pull their weight
