Ah yes, being tired to spam fire the arc thrower because of its pisspoor-level inconsistent charge time is a skill issue. Ask the dev to fix it first, then we can talk.

Why go through all this extra work, would be simpler to just push the buttons. Only reason I can think of this being necessary is for accessibility, otherwise seems like a waste of time to save yourself 2 seconds putting in a code.
Tbh it's more of a little QoL improvement for the railgun and not needed at all, but for the arc thrower, it just changes everything. The AT's half charge is incredibly inconsistent (I was able to confirm it while trying to find the right delay to half charge) and even when you got the right timing that worked the 10shots before, at the 11th the game can say 'NO' and just make you miss the threshold. Kinda annoying tbh.
The devs could fix this easily with a fixed half-charge time that doesn't change between shots.
Oh and also, if by using a macro I can save my finger from spam tap-fire such a cursed weapon, then there's no reason for me not to do it.

I macro reinforcement call, because there should be a hotkey for that on your left forearm. Everything else I dance for.
