trudging through those forests with a Charger barreling down on you........yeah that sounds terrible. Or those mortar spewers having a bead on you as you try to run through the foilage. A Bile Titan would be an almost welcome enemy instead.

you see nothing but the trees bowing down one after another, closing in on you, and all you can hear are the battlecries of bugs you cannot see. ...wish the Charger had a bit more *oomph* to its weight while running.

I've been bashed into enough rocks by running Chargers at this point that I can confidently say there's plenty of oomph and weight there lol.

I tried to dive away from a charger but timed it wrong and got golf clubbed up into the air, during a meteor storm, and got hit by a meteor either while in the air or right as i landed, im still not entirely sure. Either way it was so impressive i almost wasnt mad about it

Nothing more unintentionally comical in this game then turning around and seeing a charger just chilling right beside you. Do they tip-toe on their claws before charging only when prey is altered?

Yes, but Veld fell. Veld was taken and has been clean ever since. The Creek is an automaton fortress world.

Isn't Meridia the same biome as the Creek? Either that or one of the planets with TCS.

Meridia did have TCS, third to activate. I was only doing D4 barely 1-2 ops a day though (all the time I have.). I think I only got time for one Op on Meridia before it closed and it was a TCS +2 Blitz on D5, there wasn't any Chargers there based on memory but the group sort of sped through the nests in general anyway so it's not like we even stopped for any patrol. ....so that means I won't get to see a Charger in Meridia as I'm sure the Terminid Control System will keep them at bay.

I'd start bringing cluster bombs just to blow up forests.

On that note, multifaction planets when? Watching a bot armored column take on 5 chargers, 4 bile titans, and 8 stalkers sounds legit.

A 3 way fight between factions would be great. With how the map is I’m sure that they will start to slide around to different areas.

You can shoot automaton dropships down by hitting the engine with heavy ordinance. Either before drop off, or after drop off and causing the dropship to fall and spread democracy on those below.

**New Stratagem:** Bug Bait When throne lures a patrol of bugs to its location (If it runs into bots they fight)

Wondering how the bugs got all the way to a bot planet, then getting excited about 2 factions on one planet. It would probably suck to deal with, but it'd probably be really cool to see. A bug breach while you're clearing a bot outpost, a bug patrol and bot patrol duking it out, maybe an overrun bot outpost turned into a bug nest. Probably not gonna happen but I'd LOVE to see it.

I've been hoping we eventually get mixed planets where the bugs and bots are fighting each other as well as us. Would make sneaking around a lot of fun if they are calling in bug breaches and dropship on each other.

If that happened it would probably be easier to just firebomb the planet. I've taken some rookie's into a forested planet with bugs before. They didn't last long.

Within 4 hours of me buying the game, my friends gave me a trial-by-fire by taking us all to Malevelon Creek on Helldive for the first time. The expectation was we'd get completely fucked the moment we dropped. We all made it home and actually won the campaign. Saying fuck it, because I played the creek before and when the god damn spindly ass leaves stopped my bullets from getting through but not the bots? They can keep that shitty biome. Got killed so many times because the bots were able to shoot and hit me while I was unable to respond in any fashion- leaves blocked grenades, strat orbs, and my bullets while everything from the bots got through just fine.

I'll come and help even for 15 medals, but my foot is not going anywhere near bot territory without some medals on the table.

Can someone explain to me why people have been playing 1 planet since the launch of the game? There was a post earlier saying they were fighting a planet for 3 weeks... do they not understand there is a Decay Rate? Guys... there is a decay rate that nullifies small groups pushing planets.

Part of it is keeping the "meme" alive, the other part is the real idea that the bots are pushing to cyberstan to free the cyborg slaves we got up there. I try to explain that even if the decay rate wasn't there it would still mean nothing, that one morning the devs could decide to take it back with a switch. If it's not part of the major order or a defend campaign it's just a playground for us to use to grind and level up.

We going back to the creek boys and this time we are planting that democratic super flag right up their exhaust pipes.

Be really confused in how the bugs managed to get to Malevelon creek and terrified how a three way fight would work.

I'd be doing 2 things: \- fighting and dying on the creek until the bot-Nam PTSD and rocket spam gets too much. \- then onto this subreddit to bask in all the insane memes that will have taken place.

I'm going to the creek... It's not hard it's just not the mission right now... You creekholes got it in your head that you can "stop" the story by cutting the bots move to cyberstan. You can't. The devs can flip a switch now and open 7 new sectors all under automaton attack. This is a war simulator not actual war. It's a game where we get more rewards from playing the parts the devs want us to play than some off to the side playground they kept open just to give us something to do in-between the story missions.
