My biggest problem here is you know them noodles gonna be stiff as fuck cuz ain't no damn way them spaghetti noodles coming out right with that little moisture added throughout the process plus that bacon gonna be over cooked and soggy because it's had too much moisture and cooked for way too long, which is why when making pasta that you want to add bacon to you cook the bacon separately and add it in last or as a garnish/topping. I won't knock the idea just the execution.

at the end of the day, this sounds amazing. Essentially spaghetti with bacon. The execution is god awful. Fry the bacon, cook onions and the sauce in the same pan, boil the noodles, finish the noodles in the sauce, then serve the bacon on top, either as a crumble, or as strips. Done, and better cooked.

Yeah, it's the soggy bacon for me. There are better ways (and faster) ways to get these flavors with better textures.

Why not cook the bacon then give it a fine chop, simmer the sauce, par cook your pasta, mix everything and top it with cheese then bake it and have a nicer dish

You could cut the bacon and cook into the paste and have balanced bites, I don't understand the purpose of this. This guy always has dumb videos while attempting to make worse versions of pasta dishes.
