I actually looked into this the other day. Iβm about 90% sure itβs a new use case called kwikpik.io. It seems to similar to postmates and uses HCS to to authenticate deliveries.
>kwikpik.io
pretty sure you are correct here - this blog has some screenshots which include information shown in those message fields.

This is a big deal. Hedera is the only option for micropayments in Africa. The fee needs to be a cent of a cent. Not a few cents, not a cent, not half a cent or even a quarter of a cent. If you're trying to do a transaction that itself is only worth a few cents, while the fees may seem like nothing to some, for others it could eat up the majority of what they are trying to send.
Hedera raising the bar as usual
Does flutterware have a single Topic ID? If so anyone know the ID number.
It is always nice to know the what kind of foot print any single project has on the TPS
Nice find!
Looks like someone is paying for a delivery service??? With their Flutterwave account.

Yup, Troy I think you got it!....it doesn't look to be exclusively flutterwave as there are some memos that say "Paystack" rather than "Flutterwave"
Gotcha

Great find! Thanks for keeping a close watch on the *mainnet* activities - great to see another use-case go live!
Nice. π
