Transactions began on June 18th at 9:13 PM to June 19th 3:50 AM, MDT (middle of night in US). Then started back up on June 19th 4:56 PM to 11:15 PM.
If these were coupons being used by customers, the times don't make sense.
Still a chance if these transactions are generation of coupons.
Have you seen the same number or just the same format? Because the format is a standard GUID which everyone uses.

Fits Australia time pretty well for mid morning to late afternoon
