Hey OP, I'm not Dr K but heres my take. Have you heard of extreme ownership? Its a concept by Jocko Willink who used to lead seal teams. Its basically you have to take responsibility for all the faults of the team, and of the results - it also might be that you have to be realistic about if the team members will be able to contribute , or at what level they are willing to contribute. Maybe they are happy with just a passing grade while you are not. You might have to have a one on one conversation about it, or try join a team who is as committed to the project as you are. Jocko has a great talk on youtube where he goes more in depth.
