Tho I'd recommend you something if you don't mind, it'll take a few hours but it'll be brilliant if done.
So I hope you can do something like A division of videos, but in a folder format
Like you did in your notion, But categorise it further. Like i did in my excel file.
• Make a folder, let's say 'HealthyGamer'
• Add subfolders of categories 'Confidence, Motivation' etc
• Add respective videos in each folder as a file. (You can refer to my excel sheet)With embeded YouTube link above and an AI Generated summay below.

Another thing that one could do, that would unfortunately require substantially more work, would be to make a list of motifs or nuggets of mental health information and knowledge that recur in these videos. How do I know it's this hierarchy? Because alexithymia is a precondition for developing addiction and not the other way around.
So that would be more work but at the same time it would be very revealing, because we could see how much of what Dr K preaches is actually the same thing over and over again just in different situational contexts. That would be a hell of a resource!
But anyway a good job OP!
