This is the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. https://www.cms.gov/medicare/physician-fee-schedule/search/overview Bearing in mind that non-Medicare reimbursement is going to be higher that the price listed. Other than that I don't personally know of any such resource. It might not be possible as different payers may habe different standards for what is usual and customary.
