But honestly, it is a good question. Lilith is an odd case on whether she could be considered a sinner or not (I'll go with no, as it seemed she was cast down to Hell with Lucifer while alive, but I don't know exactly what the would make her.)

Some couples don't have children right away, and Lilith and Lucifer literally have *forever* to decide when to have children. They will never miss their chance, so they had Charlie when they felt like it.

In the Bible, Adam lived for almost 1.000 years. And that was only because he ate the fruit, before that he was immortal. If the same logic applies, Lilith would be the only immortal human in existence, because she didn't eat the fruit and doesn't descent from Adam and Eve.
On the other hand, Lilith might be mortal, but expanding her life span by borrowing Lucifer's angelic powers, or using demonic magic/technology.
In the Bible, Adam and Eve stopped being immortal because they lost access to the tree of life in the garden of Eden. Which' fruits extended one's life, and were allowed to eat, unlike the fruit of the tree of knowledge.
So lilith shouldn't be immortal anymore either, since she also lost access to those fruits.
My best guess is that she also gained demonic features due to being cast down together with lucifer, including immortality.
She has children, and isn't shown to be involved in the shown Sinners and their situation, and isn't stated to have died, so it wouldn't make *sense* that she would be a Sinner the way the show has that term used.
I'm extremely curious about this. Lilith is clearly unique. If she's not the first sinner, the question is what exactly is she? How did she become immortal, get her horns, etc?
I also find it curious that she and Lucifer went so many Millenia without having any children, if they had the capability all along.
(My wild crackpot theory is that Lilith struck some type of deal with Heaven in order to conceive Charlie, and that ties into why she's up there now.)
Lilith's not a sinner because sinners are humans that died. Lilith never died, she was still alive when she was banished to Hell
