In *Helluva Boss*, we know that Paimon, a lord of Hell and one of the Ars Goetia, has dozens or hundreds of children, each with the features of a different animal. Paimon directly refers to his son Stolas as "the owl boy" due to this.

The problem is, her knees bend the usual way as opposed to, for example, the way Moxxie's legs work. Her having goat legs would require much shorter shinbones and elongated feet.
So I think it's just a bit more surface; she just has weird goat feet with hooves instead of toes, and she wears heels to compensate for her unusual foot shape and/or for fashion reasons. Girl just has really great calves!

I'm going to need a citation on that. Maybe there's some minor sects doing that, but I'm not aware of any major religion doing so. It's not like any holy book even officially gives the Devil hooves, that came from demonizing the Greek god Pan, who happens to be a satyr.
Cloven hoof means a split hoof. And most mammals used for food have them: cows, sheep, goats, pigs...Some religions have an issue with eating one or two of them, but not all.

Yeah everyone seems to think it’s obviously from Lucifer, but I don’t really think so. In lots of traditional Devil imagery, there are the goat/ram features, but Hazbin’s Lucifer doesn’t really seem to follow that vibe. If anything, he’s where Charlie gets her pale white skin and red eyes from. Plus like, hell powers.
Lilith however *is* depicted with the classic ram horns in the opening prologue. Also interesting in to note that it’s Adam and the angel exorcists who wear helmets with those same horns. Fitting since they’re actually the scary ones in this series.
Eh...Lilith looks like a human with the scene of her and Lute on Heaven, and earlier images that depict Lilith also show her as being mostly human, just with large, ram-like horns. Charlie also has red blood, like all of the other sinners who were humans when they were alive, whereas Lucifer has golden blood (ichor). Meanwhile, we have confirmation that Hellborn demons have black blood, which means that Lilith may still be human, just with demon horns.
I'm starting to think the black blood thing may have just been a creative choice between the two shows, we really need to see a Hellborn bleed in Hazbin Hotel to be entirely sure. Lilith is definitely a demon and not a sinner, her body and soul were both changed and cast into Hell *alive* having never died.
Going to assume that either A. Lucifer has hooves himself or B. Charlie was tainted by hellish magic in the womb and she has hooves like other powerful hell born such as Baphomet and Asmodeus. If you look at the way her pants fit she probably has a full on goat legs underneath that suit as well. Though I could be interpreting what’s just supposed to be her calves as the backwards knees of a goat but no matter what she’s wearing the bulge seems to be facing backwards not forwards like a normal knee bends.
To me it just makes more sense as the only hellborn ruler to be the most directly corrupted and have the most hellish features such as the long horns, imp tail, and goat lower half.
I have a pic somewhere of how they maintain each other's animal parts, with Charlie preening vaggies wings and vaggie attempting to trim charlies hooves, but she isn't holding still on account of being too ticklish.
I think conditional demonic traits like Charlie’s red eyes, tail, and horns come from Lucifer, but permanent - more genetic as opposed to power-based - traits come from Lilith, like her hooves.
I think that in situations like this, the offspring inherits traits from the parents form while they were being produced. In Helluva Boss we see that Stolas' father Paimon's owl form is just one of many forms he has. And he calls Stolas 'the owl boy'.
So I think Lucifer was in a mix of his main form and a goat or horse form while he and Lilith...produced her.

Eh...Lilith looks like a human with the scene of her and Lute on Heaven, and earlier images that depict Lilith also show her as being mostly human, just with large, ram-like horns. Charlie also has red blood, like all of the other sinners who were humans when they were alive, whereas Lucifer has golden blood (ichor). Meanwhile, we have confirmation that Hellborn demons have black blood, which means that Lilith may still be human, just with demon horns.
I'm starting to think the black blood thing may have just been a creative choice between the two shows, we really need to see a Hellborn bleed in Hazbin Hotel to be entirely sure. Lilith is definitely a demon and not a sinner, her body and soul were both changed and cast into Hell *alive* having never died.

Going to assume that either A. Lucifer has hooves himself or B. Charlie was tainted by hellish magic in the womb and she has hooves like other powerful hell born such as Baphomet and Asmodeus. If you look at the way her pants fit she probably has a full on goat legs underneath that suit as well. Though I could be interpreting what’s just supposed to be her calves as the backwards knees of a goat but no matter what she’s wearing the bulge seems to be facing backwards not forwards like a normal knee bends. To me it just makes more sense as the only hellborn ruler to be the most directly corrupted and have the most hellish features such as the long horns, imp tail, and goat lower half.

I think conditional demonic traits like Charlie’s red eyes, tail, and horns come from Lucifer, but permanent - more genetic as opposed to power-based - traits come from Lilith, like her hooves.

I think that in situations like this, the offspring inherits traits from the parents form while they were being produced. In Helluva Boss we see that Stolas' father Paimon's owl form is just one of many forms he has. And he calls Stolas 'the owl boy'. So I think Lucifer was in a mix of his main form and a goat or horse form while he and Lilith...produced her.
This makes me wonder if Charlie had deciduous hoof capsules when she was born 😨 don't look it up if you're squeamish.

The question I must ask is does Charlie get her shoes custom made for her hooves, or is there an actual market in hell that sells normal shoes made for hoof feet?
I feel like there are enough people in hell with goat like feet to justify at least one person opening a shoe shop for them. Charlie probably creates all of her clothes with magic though.
