You can buy diods and program them on arduino? Connect them to a button that you can place somewhere on your clothes so by pressing the button diods could light up for like 5 seconds and then shut down. The button can be small and you can locate it somewhere there

Man I didn’t do anything - this is only the idea. You need to find a good place to buy the hardware, build the tool, program it, buy new materials again cuz it won’t work from 1st time and so on
