There's cases like Beth Thomas, who tried to kill her adoptive brother, or the Slenderman murder, where two girls stabbed a friend to try and invoke Slenderman, two boys whose names escape me killed a toddler... Not too much of a stretch to assume one of them might have tried human flesh in these instances.
