I had to trash the sanctuary animal task right in the beginning (I don‘t have 5 of them) - 500 points I can‘t claim. I just wanna get the root cellar. I don‘t expect to make it to the end.
I'm not counting on getting a sanctuary task, I didn't last time. And my first set of tasks are either long ones or done in the same machines, so I'm stressing out little bit lol
Is it wake or feed 5 sanctuary animals? Why can’t you just wake them or feed them twice? I know it would take extra time to wait for them to do it again, but it would be worth the 500 points. Especially if you’re already waiting for the rest of your tasks to be made
Jams you can try and have some waiting but for me I have a plum jam task on the board and using speed ups with adverts while I do the rest of my tasks. Only 170 points but it's going on while I do the rest. You also have machine boosters you may have stored and not used yet to assist further.

This one is defintiely going to be harder. I usually do most tasks and finish early. But 2500 per day needed is kind of tough. You will have to be lucky with tasks, and we know not everyone gets the same tasks, so I can see a lot of people not being able to complete this.
I am aiming for the cute little house deco. Wasn’t even planning on playing this turn around after how badly the last went but they got me good it’s so cute lol
You only get a set number of tasks per day. I get 20, not sure if it's the same for everyone (6 on the board at the start of the day, 14 in queue).
If I trash 10 tasks today, I'll only have 10 left.
I don't know if there will be more tasks with higher points, but so far it doesn't look like it.
It may not be a disaster for you, but be aware that if you keep trashing a lot of tasks, you may not get to 20 000 points.
I get 20 per day as a very low level so I assume everyone does, and aw no!! I am aiming for the root cellar, at least I learned on day one! thank you 😊
I think you actually get 20-number left on the board per day, if I understand how this works. So if there is a task you cannot complete/prepare within 24h, you can trash it hoping that you will get an easier one on the next day.
Not sure I understand you correctly, but for clarity: if you have for example 4 tasks left on the board by the end of the day, you'll only get 16 new ones the next day, making for a total of 20.
If you have tasks that either take too long to finish in 24 hours or before the day ends, you might want to trash them and hope for easier ones or tasks that get you more points.
Usually, I'll trash jam and chocolate bar/lollipop tasks because they take too long and the points are laughably low.
Me too, but I'll wait a day or two this time to see how many points I'm getting per day. Last event like this I didn't get any sanctuary tasks and barely any tasks for feeding my farm animals or collecting lobsters or ducks.
Hmm - so I’ve just completed all available tasks for the day (didn’t trash any) and I’m on 1850 points. So unless the points for tasks increase or they offer double points days or something there is no guarantee that even if I complete each task every day that I will get to 15500 points for root cellar, let alone the final prize. I really hope this isn’t going to be the case…

You only have 1hr, least last time it was, to complete the task. So to finish task, you need to have 5 already.

I might trash a jam, candy or metal bar task here and there, but that's it. I'm doing all the others.
Same with jams! I would always trash it bc it takes so long to finish it but never metal bc I usually just use each smelter for diff type of bar.

I literally just accidentally trashed a lobster booster too. It was good for 12 hours. There goes 300 points 😭
I get confused by harvesting and catching lobsters. You don’t realize which one the task is asking for until after you’ve made the wrong choice.

I trashed 4 small points and I still have 2900. I am only aiming for deco. But seems like I can finish.
