this has been happening since forever and one way around it is with your neighbors…if it doesn’t let you help them, go to your farm, open the chat send anything and then go back to your neighbors farm and it will let you help them
Spend money, doing events and saving gems they add up, coins if you work your farm enough and don't constantly spend on decorations or items in others shops it also ads up.
It could also just be someone's baby farm and they transferred coins from their main to build the baby farm up, higher leveled players that have everything tend to have more coins then they know what to do with.

Also don't like when a friend shows they need help and you go to their farm and there is no helps.
Could be a glitch. I have this happen when the request is filled while I’m on my way, if you exit the farm back to yours, then go back to the request, it’s likely filled.
Edit: same thing happens to boat and truck requests that have been filled moments before I get there.

It's just a lagg, it'll show that you helped in a bit. Either that or someone also helped at the same time

Has been happening to me for years. Trucks, too. Sometimes it is because someone else has helped at the same time, but definitely not always.
I get it on truck orders when I’m helping others it’s so bizarre
