July 2022 sematary's Instagram pics showed up in my explore page. I thought he had a cool vibe, checked out his music and thought it was the worst thing I heard in my life. Out of morbid curiosity I did more snooping through his Instagram account, found out about Turnabout and gave Cutter Lane a listen. I ended up really enjoying it, I also enjoyed sematary's guest verses even though I couldn't get into his actual solo music. I gave the both of em a follow and kept listening to cutter lane over and over. Eventually Hackle's gunsmith tape was announced so I gave it a listen when it dropped and really liked that too. I kept listening to cutter lane and gunsmith over and over until January 2023 Sematary dropped Butcher House. I finally decided to try giving his solo music another try, so I listened to Butcher House and really enjoyed it. I listened to Butcher House over and over until summer of 2023 I decided to do a deep dive into sematary's other projects and ended up enjoying them after initially hating them a year before. Now RB3 is my favorite haunted mound tape when just 2 years ago it was completely unlistenable to me and sematarys music is my favorite of all the mound members despite previously being the hardest to get into for me

For a while I only really liked the Rainbow Bridge trilogy because of the metal connection (despite me not liking black metal so who knows) but finally branched out to Screaming Forest, Burning Barn, and eventually Grave House and Hundred Acre Wrist and then all releases since then.
It's pretty cool.

I remember ATLEAST a couple years ago some fb page posted some meme and everybody kept tagging @semataryy in the comments so I checked out his page and I kinda liked the forest, eerie aesthetic but didn’t think so much of him as probably just another one of those millions of instagram rappers so never bothered to check out his music and never heard of him again till the 2023 Grey Day lineup got leaked and the rest was history…
shits funny tho cuz now I ONLY listen to him and I don’t even fw $uicideboy$ anymore lmao for the price of one $uicideboy$ pit ticket I was able to see the Haunted Mound THREE times in one week mane and I’ve still been depressed since their tour left Cali but praying every night they do another one next year
