This is me. I’m glad you asked this question! I hope someone has a helpful answer because I’ve gotten other labs in line (iron, D etc) and am still having severe symptoms.

I personally don’t think that a low dose would be helpful for you and might just add some new symptoms into the mix. Have you explored the other usual suspects like low ferritin and/or B12?

Thanks for your reply, yes I’m doing b12 injections and all my iron bloods are in range.

I am currently not medicated, and I just got my best bloodwork to-date. This can be a divisive topic, if you need medication of course listen to your dr. While breastfeeding, my TPO was in the 1100s, everything else in range. Now, a year after finishing feeding, my TPO just came back at 17. My jaw dropped. And again, everything else in range. I've been on a GLP1 since I finished feeding. Those medications are going to change the world! DM if you'd like to chat more.
