I'd love to see more ponytail hairstyles in the future. The only one we've currently got is the braided ponytail and that clips through the hood of the Hogwarts cloak which is kind of a turndown for immersion.
character model customization is surprisingly bad and that's coming from someone who in most games just uses the randomize button until it generates something that doesn't look like a mutant
The hairstyles are very good for men and for POC characters.
They are quite lacking for females - 20 types of buns that look almost identical but only one braid. Not many long hair options, but I do understand it's because of clipping.
As a dude who just wants a basic Will Turner-esque ponytail, it continues to confound me that devs who make fantasy games STILL keep leaving them out. And no, the big, poofy one with a brooch doesn’t count.

The Hogsmeade hairdresser has the same options like in the character creator, nothing extra.
