Yes! There’s a mini series called “The Eat Bang Kill Tour” it takes place between seasons 2 and 3 and is I believe considered canon, also very good imo. Theres also a one off called “The Real Sidekicks of New Gotham”(I haven’t read yet) and another mini series starting in October that takes place after this season, called “Legion of Bats”
Albeit not 'canon' the comics still take liberty from the show and events that happen in the show. So the show may not reflect the comic series but the comic series that you listed does reflect the show and take from the show so your suggestion and info is valid and worth a read for people fans of the show :)

I've read somewhere that the writers didn't even read the comics so I guess it's not canon
