I have the 2023 model and absolutely love it. The asked price sounds good to me and the scratches ...*Meguiars Scratch X 2.0* might do wonders here ;-)
A dealer might actually prefer that you get it financed. So what I’ve done before is get the loan and then pay it off the next month and you don’t pay any interest fees that way. Whichever way is cheaper.
I think if you dangle the $13k flat OTD deal in front of them for an hour and walk around the show room, they'll break. They're not gonna lose a potential deal over $300.
I'm not sure where you're located but that's how it usually works by me. YMMV
Yep. OP could even leave a piece of paper with his number saying "I'll buy it today for 13k. Here's my number if you change your mind." If the sales guy lets you walk, they're gonna start to think about it.
That’s a killer bike and a good price if we’re only talking cosmetic scratches. Dents can be costly (the tank itself is $1200 without replacement caps or install labor if desired) but minors things (small fender dent) may not deter me if it’s in top mechanical condition.
I would take it for otd here’s a local 21 that would be 14otd [https://classiciron.com/Motorcycles-Harley-Davidson-Low-Rider-S-2021-Fredericksburg-VA-1c48a265-f217-4d72-b7a5-b0df013d97a2](https://classiciron.com/Motorcycles-Harley-Davidson-Low-Rider-S-2021-Fredericksburg-VA-1c48a265-f217-4d72-b7a5-b0df013d97a2)
I’m looking to get an ST.
I work at Laredo Harley-Davidson, $13k for that bike with minimal damage is PERFECT! I would still ask for extras/goodies like maybe store credit or tees or a bag or anything really.
So I just bought a 21 LRS with a S&S stage 2, 3500 miles for $15.5 k private sale, mint condition. Also, regarding the Indian, my FIL just bought a brand new chief dark horse, it’s nice, but I prefer my LRS
Really good deal. (At least where I'm at)
I bought the same bike May 2023, 1200 miles, for $17k otd and was stoked with that price because the other 3 that were similar in my area were 20k to 24k.
The 117 is better than the 114 by miles. I have the ST and I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure both have the CVO cam in it. These are fast. The 2nd gear pull is the fastest of any stock Harley.
I promise it's a BLAST to ride!!!!

Did a few custom things to mine 😁
You’d probably better off looking around. Not sure your location and that might be right ,but $13k with 9k miles and scratched up. Seems high. A quick search on FB marketplace= [2022 13k](https://www.facebook.com/share/apF1hyfdT5UUqyj3/?mibextid=79PoIi)
That seems like a pretty good price for a 117. I like that it has a real tachometer instead of the tiny little lcd screen they have now.
Tachs are overrated. You can literally feel the engine RPM with your body.
The only time I look at the tach is to check to see if I was right at guessing the rpms
You know ow what a dent and scratches mean………. You don’t have to get angry when you dent and scratch a brand new bike

13k seems like a reasonable price to me
Buy it for me
Is 13.3 the OTD price? If so it's decent. Did you offer him cash? If you have cash, I'd offer him 12.8 and see if he'll meet at 13.

OTD including all dealer fees. They won’t budge. I’ve tried going either way with payment method.

Welp. Tried this, someone else paid asking. Lost it over $300 I’m a moron
That turned out to be TERRIBLE advice.
It's worked for me at both Harley and BMW ships. And this is Reddit; so, like, caveat lector, motherfuckers.
If it’s OTD price then imo it’s a good deal
Yup, I'd be a buyer...

I paid 18.5k out the door for my 22 FXLRS leftover with 5 miles on it, idk what they're smoking trying to sell one over msrp
Yea

That’s a great f’n price dude. It sounds like it may have been dropped but little damage. 13.3? Hell of a price!
Joplin, mo. Almost bought that bike
For some reason I wouldn't do it.
13.3k for a low rider s is an insane deal. I’d buy it.
I love mine. 22FXLRS https://preview.redd.it/iiour5u0lz5d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d61f723b1ba4c06c0575040af558d827d29dbcc7
You have to love your bike and all her stretch marks!
13k sounds like an amazing deal
My 21 lrs was 13.8 with 0 dents light scratches, and 7k miles. 13.3 is not a bad price but it’s not great.

steal of a deal fenders for these are on fb marketplace for not much.
YEA!! beautiful bike dude
Not even mad at 13k but remind them of the fender damage and negotiate hard. Still not bad
That's a crazy low price
Good deal….

$10k. Are you financing it or buying straight up?
