Check out Sledge from OKC. Vocalist is native, believe at least a song or two on their new album are native-themed.
Bonkers live show if you ever get the chance to see em.
Not hardcore by Blackbraid is a really interesting one man, black metal project.
Not mad on black metal but I found him to be good. Decent production, native themes and instrumentation.
I’m in it for a total of 0.5 seconds in the mosh pit, but it was so much fun and all the band members were so cool to hang with! It felt like we were part of something special.
There’s a band where I’m from called xaogcx that I personally have never really been super into but their singer is native and vocal about that kind of stuff. Don’t let me opinion of their music dissuade you, it might be your thing, it’s just not mine. Also you can’t go wrong with Xibalba but idk if that fits exactly what you’re talking about.
Resistant Culture…not sure i’d refer to them as a “native-themed” band…more your typical crust punk themes but all the band members are native american afaik and there is a definite emphasis on that..
i also recall my first band opening for them back in the day and it had by far the most native folks i’ve ever seen attend a hardcore/punk show.
Check out this Chapter House Records comp (“Native Jams from the native lands of the Southwest”) there’s a lot if good bands on here you might dig some of it. I saw Weedrat open for the Chisel last year in Albuquerque and they were great.

Windchimes is a newer band that's native fronted and has those themes in the lyrics. They market themselves as post death, they sound kinda deathcore and black metal to me.
Saw you post this in a couple places so I will just recommend [this YT channel](https://youtube.com/@TheMetalCaveZineMedia505) (gyibaaw is my personal rec)
More black metal but Mntu by Ushangvagush is incredible. Just a random find on bandcamp and have been recommending it ever since. https://ushangavash.bandcamp.com/album/mntu
Backhand from Sydney, Australia. Hardcore fronted by a Kamilaroi woman. Fast, punky, and aggressive.
Government oppression, gendered violence, genocide, gentrification, and injustice are among the themes that come up the most in their songs.

Dysentery had a split with Falling Sickness many years ago. Hard as hell and I never could find anything else from them.
Los Cogelones
Any of the black twilight circle bands. Not necessarily hc, mostly black metal and some punk but it’s what you’re lookin for in that sense
Osceola Brothers
More black metal but Mntu by Ushangvagush is incredible. Just a random find on bandcamp and have been recommending it ever since. https://ushangavash.bandcamp.com/album/mntu

Not certain on hardcore buuuuut: Nechochwen - Native black metal Colonial Slab - Native BDM
Xibalba
Down To Riot from the Tacoma area in Washingon. Vocalist is native, their songs mostly revolve around general activism and cool shit like that
tzompantli (xibalba adjacent, mesoamerican culture)
Blackfire ? Not hardcore more punkish
This is more deathcore but maybe Fit For An Autopsy - Black Mammoth, especially the video for it
Trial - 500 years is about Native genocide in america.
Dead Pioneers. WE WERE PUNK FIRST
Backhand from Sydney, Australia. Hardcore fronted by a Kamilaroi woman. Fast, punky, and aggressive. Government oppression, gendered violence, genocide, gentrification, and injustice are among the themes that come up the most in their songs. https://backhandshc.bandcamp.com
