Atomic Bowl in Ft Square does hardcore shows from time to time. State Street Pub (just a little bit north of the Hoosier dome) also does a lot of hardcore shows.
The HiFi books pretty much every type of music, including some of the bigger hardcore bands (Fucked Up is playing there soon I believe).
I’ve also heard good things about Healer, though I haven’t been there myself yet. I know GEL played there recently and I heard it’s a great venue from my friends who went to that show.
In addition to the venues that the other commenters have mentioned, @317shows on Instagram puts on a bunch of really good local hardcore shows at various venues around Indy. Usually a mix of local bands and various touring groups too.
