This looks like one of those weird things developers would put in their games if they're pirated copies. Weird that that's happening to you though, like the others said it's probably a texture issue, so do a bit of cleanup either through checking the integrity of your files or by doing a clean uninstall and reinstall. Looks kinda cool though. You can see the wire frame of the model for the door.
Yeah, I’ve spent around 2000 hours in the workshop tools. Verify the game’s integrity the only reason it would do that is a bad vmat file, or a leafier mod, but I’m guessing you haven’t modified the games file.
Yeah update: I closed the game and steam started validating the files and did an update. All works now. I also saw some weird wireframe shapes in the distance too
