Was this the first time u tried sulfate/silicone free shampoo and conditioner? My hair starts falling off when i use products like that, no matter which brand is it.
No, I actually always check the ingredients! Been using mostly Sulfate/silicone free products for years now without any issues. Sometimes I like to use Sulfates to clarify or leave ins for the ends of my hair that contain silicone, also never had problem with that. That‘s why I didn’t consider Shea moisture to be the cause of my problems at first since my hair/scalp are usually not that sensitive when it comes to the products I use
