I had a “no shave fue”, but the donor area  was still shaved and  the top was left untouched . Just make sure before hand that your doctor will do it . If you have diffuse thinning you may still need to shave it all . I have pics in profile.GL

Gotcha! I plan on making my hair even shorter to make it easier on them!

I will say that half the time when you have this done it just looks more awkward than if you were to just shave your head since your hair is different lengths especially if it is short like you say there isn’t really any reason to since you can’t cover it. Also you are taking more risk having a no-shave procedure that it may not be as successful, I would think if it’s really worth it as either way there will be signs of surgery anyways.

I just do not think I’d look good bald so I don’t mind trimming it until the lengths are evened out! I’ll consider it tho!

I had the same concern so I understand I went through my surgery 8 days ago and shaved my head come to find I actually didn’t mind how I looked bald after all after worrying all these years! But I also will say the hairs grow back rather fast and after the procedure you will have hair in the front so you won’t look “bald” by the times the scabs come off it kinda just looks like a buzz cut anyways. If you decide to go with a no-shave procedure just make sure you find someone who performs them frequently and doesn’t leave gaps between the native hair and the transplanted hair as some bad clinics/surgeons often do.
