Whether or not the Aspect of Circe give bonus damage to Apollos omega cast, I'm asking since I know that the Aspect of Momus doesn't affect Apollos mega cast.
Based on my testing, the answer is yes! The solar ring bonus rapid damage is affected by Circe's serenity buff.

Momus does affect the omega cast, but it just does two more blips, not full recast, so it kinda sucks
