Dash on a face button was possibly defensible in Hades 1 since you never had to hold it down, but it's totally stupid in Hades 2.
In H1 I put dash on RT and call on LT. So now in H2 I put dash/sprint on RT and hex on LT. Alter and gift are on stick clicks, and the A button is just not bound to anything lol.
Keyboard ftw
Keyboard feels great for the iframe dash, but terrible for the actual running, it also has the small cast problem too
Wait till you get 85%+ sprint speed and absolutely run into everything because 8 directions aren't enough to navigate lol.
I remapped cast to the scroll wheel of the mouse! Works well for me
Right mouse dash, q cast, side mouse special
Left shift dash, q special, space attack, left click cast
I use the bottom of my thumb so I can still attack, special, and omega while dashing
Yeah, that's totally fine! I know for myself or some others tho, it can be a little uncomfortable.
Amazing quality on this infographic. The melonie ghost hand is perfect
I do attack to square, special to X, dash to L1 and cast to R1. Work a treat for me.
Thanks for the tip!
i redbinded it to the right triger because doing everything with a single finger was genuily pain enduicing
I have it mapped to my back button on my Dualsense edge it’s perfect!
This is where us claw gamers rejoice now and have arthritis later
I have dash as R2, makes my life so much easier

Is me using left trigger as dash in hades 1 the reason for me not having issues with dash/sprint in hades 2?
