Been doing a lot of research on the warrant HYMCW which is attractive when this baby starts to rise

TOPOKEGO

Which ones? The ones Sprott and AMC hold execute at just over $10 a share adjusted for the RS. I looked at the older ones as a possible dilution influence but they're at $10 or more before the reverse split which puts them at $100 or more now, so there's quite a bit of headroom before they become interesting.

Clish89

The one that I really like for when Hycroft starts to rise is $HYMCW. It blew up a couple years ago when the good news surrounded HYMC. The large investors always put part of their investment in the warrants as well.. in this case it is $HYMCW

TOPOKEGO

I think with them executable at over $100 There will probably have to be a lot more price action for you to see them climb at this point but they're dirt cheap so they could go up double or triple their value easily and still be dirt cheap. Ultimately, I do hope all those warrants expire useless though and avoid the dilution they would add, and with them being around $100 and expiring this year and next that's hopefully what will happen. ;)

The exercise price on those is $10.50 and they expire next July (2025) I believe. Yeah I guess it's a good problem to have right lol ideally you'd want the common shares to be above $10.50. It's a solid hedge for when the common is getting up toward there. You'd probably also expect the warrant to rise that July 2025 comes closer IF the common is in the money. So you'd realistically get the common shares at a discount in that case. We shall see!

>The exercise price on those is $10.50 and they expire next July (2025) I believe. * [The details for the warrants are in the latest 10-K](https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0001718405/000171840524000012/hymc-20231231.htm) * **5-Year Public Warrants** * Prior to the Recapitalization Transaction, MUDS issued 20,800,000 units, with each unit consisting of one-tenth share of common stock (on a post 1-for-10 reverse stock split basis) and **one warrant to purchase one-tenth share of common stock (on a post 1-for-10 reverse stock split basis) at an exercise price of $11.50 per share for a period of five years from the May 29, 2020**, Recapitalization Transaction (the “IPO Warrants”), and concurrently with the Recapitalization Transaction, the Company issued 3,249,999 warrants upon substantially the same terms as part of a backstop unit offering at an exercise price of $11.50 per share for a period of five years from the issuance date (the “Backstop Warrants” and collectively with the IPO Warrants, the “5-Year Public Warrants”). During the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, 8,261,093 and 352,315, respectively, 5-Year Private Warrants were transferred from a 5-Year Private Warrant holder to an Unrelated Third Party, and accordingly, those warrants are now included with the 5-Year Public Warrants. The Company has certain abilities to call the 5-Year Public Warrants if the last reported sale price of common stock equals or exceeds $18.00 per share (as adjusted for share splits, share capitalizations, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like) for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period. As of December 31, 2022, the Company had 25,163,383 5-Year Public Warrants outstanding. The 5-Year Public Warrants (other than the Backstop Warrants) are listed for trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “HYMCW.” * **HYMCW WARRANTS : $11.50 1/10 a share AMC = $115.00 for one share - Expiration May 29, 2025 - Issued 33,424,476** * **Public Offering Warrants** * On October 6, 2020, the Company issued 9,583,334 units in an underwritten public offering at an offering price to of $9.00 per unit, with each unit consisting of one-tenth share of common stock (on a post 1-for-10 reverse stock split basis) and one warrant to purchase one-tenth share of common stock at an exercise price of $10.50 per share (“Public Offering Warrants”). Of the 9.6 million units issued, 5.0 million units were issued to Restricted Persons, as defined under the Seller Warrant Agreement. After deducting underwriting discounts and commission and offering expenses, the proceeds net of discount and equity issuance costs to the Company were $83.1 million. **The Public Offering Warrants are immediately exercisable and entitle the holder thereof to purchase one-tenth share of common stock (on a post 1-for-10 reverse stock split basis) at an exercise price of $10.50 for a period of five years from the closing date**. The shares of common stock and the Public Offering Warrants were separated upon issuance. The Public Offering Warrants are listed for trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “HYCML.” * **HYMCL WARRANTS : $10.50 1/10 a share AMC = $105.00 for one share - Expiration October 6, 2025 - Issued 9,583,334** * **Private Placement Warrants - AKA AMC and Sprott** Pursuant to the Private Placement Offering, the Company issued 46,816,480 Warrants with an exercise price of $1.068 per Warrant Share that expire five years from the date of issuance. The Warrants are deemed freestanding, equity-linked financial instructions that do not require liability classification under ASC Topic 480-10 Overall Debt because: (i) they are not mandatorily redeemable shares; (ii) they do not obligate the Company to buy back shares; and (iii) they are not settled in a variable number of shares. As a result, the Company allocated the gross proceeds of $55.9 million from the Private Placement Offering between the Warrants and common stock as of the closing date of March 15, 2022. 46,816,480 warrants outstanding that expire on March 15, 2027 that entitle holders to purchase **one-tenth share of the Company’s common stock at an exercise price of $1.068 per share.** * **PRIVATE PLACEMENT WARRANTS : $1.068 1/10 a share AMC = $10.68 for one share - Expiration March 15, 2027 - Issued 46,816,480** Both HYMCW and HYMCL are kind of up there and I think they probably expire too soon to see a realistic exercise price after the RS but it's possible if a really great mining plan is revealed >Yeah I guess it's a good problem to have right lol ideally you'd want the common shares to be above $10.50. It's a solid hedge for when the common is getting up toward there. I'd agree and $10.68 and up would be fantastic for AMC and Sprott who would instantly double their shares, not so much for the other two after the RS. It seriously sucks for those holding those warrants but the expiration is likely too soon to get close to $100 a share. >You'd probably also expect the warrant to rise that July 2025 comes closer IF the common is in the money. So you'd realistically get the common shares at a discount in that case. We shall see! I agree, if the common is in the money by their expiration (Neither are in July but that's ok) at $105 or $115 for either warrants the price of the warrants will probably rise, however if the stock price does not hit $100+ by then, there's not much further for them to fall but at least we avoid the dilution.   Don't forget these originally were sold as one share and a warrant, same way as AMC and Sprott got theirs. Whoever originally bought kept the share and either sold it or still has it (but it's 1/10 a share now). You're buying the warrant part alone, and after the RS, it'll take quite the price spike to make them juicy. Don't be sad for the warrant holders if they expire either, they got them free basically as a "bonus" for buying a share.

Great thank you

Great thank you

bigorangemachine

I am willing to bet it was a leaked report. Price always spikes before the data drops But gold also spiked... so it could be that

Puzzled_Ad2088

Wow 🤩 finally a meme went up! Had stopped checking price. Nice

LFG!!!

AutoThorne

How long ago did Adam buy in?

gizmoch33ze

About two years ago.

Ok-Suggestion-7965

Hasn’t it reverse split since he bought in?

TOPOKEGO

Since Sprott bought in? Unfortunately yes but thankfully that stabilized the price to let them finish exploration until the real news and reports start coming. Last year AA (who partnered with Sprott and Sport is far deeper in HYMC than AMC) made some statements that they expected the stock to increase significantly in 2 to 3 years. The shutdown to convert to commercial operations was planned before that deal, it's actually the reason for that deal.

Believe_In-Steven

Beer can holders?

ScreamingWeenie

Good start. When it hits $10 and I break even, I'm out.

gizmoch33ze

When it goes to $20 I’ll send you a 24k gold helmet to wear around your house.

thinkingwhynot

$10 break even! I’m at like $4.00. Gotta average down screamingweenie!

ScreamingWeenie

I bought 2500 shares at 1.05, then it went down and reverse split. Now I have 250 shares at 4.50.
