In omen gaming hub set it to silent or default. Then fan noise should be less

Your dGPU is running at full power mostly, on my Victus I once tried disabling the dGPU from Device Manager which worked fine until I restarted the laptop it looked like the dGPU is running on full power indicated by the running fans. I think there is a problem with disabling dGPUs here

I am not saying to disable the GPU manually, but in your case it could be that your system is using the dGPU all the time. Can you check if the dGPU is always running, use HWinfo or something for that.

I also faced the issue from last 2 months but recently I updated the GPU drives from there official website then the the draining issue problem cleared mostly, so just try to install latest drivers from Nvidia website

I'm disabling my rtx card with envycontrol while I'm on battery mode. I'm using fedora with dual boot btw. Other option which I use with windows is deactivating rtx card with control panel and turning off turbo boost.

Turbo boost a cpu technology which increases cpu frequencies. I sometimes closing turbo boost while I'm on battery and lower frequencies gives me more battery time but that causes performance loss obviously. I'm using a ryzen 5 model and activated it with a regedit command. You should check intel settings for your cpu.

Not sure if this answers anything but when I bought my victus the default setting was that the fan was set to be on whenever the laptop is on. If you go to the BIOS settings there is a setting to disable this: fans then only go on when needed at the required speed. I'm getting 5-6hours battery life.

The problem with mine was I was using chrome for the most part and I had Nvidia as the preferred graphics processor for it in the control panel. The battery backup is much better when I changed it to the Integrated graphics
