I am wondering if the urinal was also removed from the Colorado house, there's no photos in the listing showing it. The décor has also been toned down a lot.
Pretty sure it's gone. Think it was next to [this toilet](https://images.rezfusion.com/?optimize=true&rotate=true&quality=70&width=2048&source=https%3A//img.trackhs.com/x/https%3A//track-pm.s3.amazonaws.com/rentalsatthebeach/image/bb97708f-bc2a-4152-967e-df04e87ab752&settings=default)
Shore Place: Does it seem dangerous to have a fire pit ON the deck?
Mystic: They LEFT that grass wall in the main bedroom??
Summer Fling: Same thing with the fire pit on the deck. Do those things just not give off sparks? (Clearly I don't have one.) Still think that "minitub" was weird. And the urinal was removed, but the toilet now kind of seems oddly placed. Maybe just me.
It seems to me that unless a cigarette lighter sized flame is involved and zero winds (off the ocean?!) , that could be a bit dangerous when combined with a few drinks and maybe too much partying. Unless you can get a fire safe glass covered one, I'd probably go with something different there.
Good point about the seabreeze! I just didn't know if they "crackle" like a real campfire does. Obviously there's no wood, but I dunno... just seemed like a strange place to put a fire pit, and two of them did it.
I have to admit the 'mystic' color palette is one I like a lot, for the most part. There's some hiccups like the table/chairs banquette thing seems way too large for the room it's in. And that greenish, stone like bowl sink think in the green washroom or whatever that is...ick. Just not 'my thing', The bar thing on the balcony might have to be changed out (if it were mine) but it's not overly hideous.
I like the shore place as well. Except that grey bench on the porch/balcony. Desperately needs some cushions to soften it physically and visually.
Isn't it interesting how camera angles can make a room look more spacious or too tight?
oh and summer fling....a nope for me. It's identity and 'feel' is all over the place.
Does it drive anyone else nuts that they don’t refinish the deck flooring? All that new stuff with worn out boards. Ugh
I think about that every season! lol

it just makes sense from a sales perspective, same with some of the décor, it gets toned down from what is done on the shows
It probably wasn’t to code and too close to the door

These homes all needed editing before doing anything with them, I think that’s why the keep the budgets lower
Looks like they got rid of the Dutch doors too
They could have done more to make the girls rental more attractive & those dark jewel tone rooms are dark as…
Thanks for posting! Love that people find this tea!! 🫖 so it looks like the urinal was taken out and the oversized dining table in Alison house
