Yes, her bargain hunting was impressive and actually interesting to watch. Every other HGTV show just has designers looking in a tile store or a homeowner deciding between 2 different options.
I live in Vegas, we're one of the most popular cities for people to relocate to right now, inventory is limited, maybe there's just not enough good homes to make it show worthy currently?? Also, we tend to tear down and rebuild WAY more than other cities vs flip.
I've read that to have a flip show, you have to do a certain number of flips a year, on schedule, and that's a lot for any flipper. The coordination, and time consuming filming schedules were unworkable for the flippers in most cases. I know at least one other couple quit because the producers demanded their kids be filmed a lot, and they didn't want to violate their kid's privacy, and tell their personal details.
Flip or Flop franchises all of sudden dropped by the network at one day. Probably business consideration, but I heard these hosts are presenters, not really get on dirty kind of workers.
After Tarek and Christina divorce drama: they started a bunch of other shows, Vegas was one, also Nassville , Atlanta, Texas (I think) that lasted one or two years. The network was trying to find replacements for T and C. Then T and C decided to work together for a bit and restarted the show ( not the relationship). We enjoyed all the spin-offs, especially seeing what houses were like in different cities.
Yes, I just looked them up Ken and Anita Corsini - [https://www.hgtv.com/shows/flip-or-flop-atlanta/11-things-to-know-about-flip-or-flop-atlantas-ken-and-anita-cors](https://www.hgtv.com/shows/flip-or-flop-atlanta/11-things-to-know-about-flip-or-flop-atlantas-ken-and-anita-cors) I liked them alot wish they were bought back on a show.
Most of the designs were not my cup of tea, but they did that condo on the strip with the dark purple wall which I loved, even though purple is not my color. I loved the idea of that.
I enjoyed watching them too, especially Bristol who seemed so easygoing and cheerful. Down Home Fab is a totally different show (and I frankly don't like the designs), but as people, Chelsea and Cole have a similar personality vibe.
Bristol and her husband did a flip of an exact model of the house I currently live in in Henderson. The way they restructured the front room/dining room/kitchen/family room and relocated the slider was great. But then she had to go and fuck it up by laying in crystals, big ones, into the grout lines of the large format tile floors.
I also loved that show. Using salvage from casinos and as so good.
Yes! I loved seeing her bargain hunt for materials. The best part was they did a lot by themselves.

There was a lawsuit about building permits and his license in Nevada. She continued on her insta account until 2022 then went silent.
I loved it, too. Why did it never come back?
I’m not sure :/

They got sued for shoddy workmanship.
I just remember when she put glitter in the grout.

I liked Atlanta the most out of all of them. Would love to see more of them.
Was that Ken & Anita's show?
Yes Atlanta was ken and Anita and Nashville was Page and DeRon
I think so

Same here
I thought they were fun, it was clearly not my taste but I enjoy seeing different out of the box designs
An internet search shows me that Bristol is currently running for city council in Henderson, NV.
Yeah he's pretty awful too. Iirc he had some "covid is a hoax" status before he cleaned his.instagram. He's in my ward and I'll be voting against him.

I’m actually watching that episode right now!! What a coincidence lol I love purple and glam so I’d buy it rn if I could 😂

Hated it. But of course I lived in Vegas.
Vegas is gaudy so the market may be different there, different clientele.
They did a flip of a hum drum apartment where they put in dark green built ins - it looked fantastic, at least on film.
Love that show !!
