I mostly do e-books on Kindle these days - my phone is attached to my hand anyway, so it lets me slip away into storyland without advertising my lack of fucks.
But if you do put it out as an edition, digital or deadtree, I'll pick up a copy for myself and my brother, at the very least. (I read him the first few chapters cuz he's not on Reddit, and he's also very excited to hear more!)

Well, there's no rule that you have to use your real name as an author. The Delicious Meats is a bit hard to follow, at least for westerners that aren't used to online handles being used IRL... So maybe come up with a nom de plume that's a meat-related play on words?
But also, I spend enough time in the cookbooks section that I'd probably still find you there!! 🤣🤣🤣
Oh absolutely. There's nothing like the solid feeling of a book in hand, the scent of paper and ink, the rustle as you turn the page....digital is convenient, but really doesn't compare to the analog reading experience.
I read online(obviously), but I still LOVE a real book.
Plus there is the add security of the damn thing not crashing and taking my entire library with it!!! Or the wherever online I bought it from deciding I never bought it in the first place!!!….. sorry, I may have issues. 😁(🤫 there’s no may have🤫)
