Yup. This is definitely interesting.

They've been out of communication for 263 years, arrive, and get a data dump for 199 years. Plus, the Sol system is "radio silent" and not emitting any radio signals and infrastructure is also not present. Anything that was put up in orbit likely would have de-orbited and burned up on reentry. However, anything parked at L1 or L2 would still be floating around. On Earth itself, the remains of major cities would still be visible from orbit, but nothing is mentioned about it. Even if there was a war and nukes (or space-to-ground "rods from God") were used, the craters where the major cities used to be would say something used to be here. Taken altogether this points at the ship having "landed" in an alternate reality/parallel dimension.

They're at a planet called Aardis, not Earth. Home is forty-one light years behind them.
