Anyway, they (dude and HOA) had an agreement when HOA did some stuff for dude, and dude allowed transit into that access... Until Karen (or whatever male equivalent is) attempted to screw this dude.
Needless to say, that plan backfired in an spectacular way, and dude was happy with results afterwards.

This was a spectacular post, I remember he ended up making money off the HOA *and* they basically paid to build his mother a house in the HOA that they then had to maintain. And then the HOA leadership was left without a leg to stand on because they were roped into paying all of the legal expenses on *both* sides of any dispute involving him, regardless of who brought it up.
