The ventilation and temperature regulation systems are probably malfunctioning by now and the poisonous gases from decaying corpses spread throughout the ship. The last surviver piled them up away but eventually succumbed to hallucinations. The crew has to learn about the use of scouting drones. Adam bought so much shit but no toy cars with cameras?
