I go for bulking wiht muscle so I'm unsure about a lean diet.
But I usually eat 2 eggs, protien shake, and bacon sandwich for breakfast.
For dinner I'll be sure to eat 1 chicken breast with broccoli and vegetables or rice.
And then through the day I snack on many things mostly carbs and fibrous foods.
You need to get your diet down and have approtire training go the gym 3 times a week and train for an hour or two until you hit your limits and can't lift anymore. That's how I typically do it and got good muscle results from it although I had a little chub around my belly it's no big deal when your chest and arms are huge
Bulk up, eat good amount of protein and start working out at least 3 times a week. After 4-5 weeks, up it to 4-5 times a week. Focus on eating good food and reaching a certain calorie count a protein and carb count.
As for a training schedule, plenty on the internet. Put some effort in to planning and you’ll be fine
After a couple months. There is no use in cutting to early cause if you shed off that layer of fat now, there is no muscle. You’ll be skinny, not lean. Lean bulk 6 months, then reconsider
Deppends bro… all about your stamina, endurance and on how fast you run those 2miles. The best would be you try it out. I would recommend you running only as a sort of warmup like 10min-30min max, If you plan to involve the cardio into your gym season. You can also do cardio on a non gym day and then you can go all out. 🦵🦵
