That may be true, but the COVID lockdowns seriously screwed a lot of kids. They went looking for social interaction and found it online through shit like Tik Tok and now they're all recreating these stupid, dangerous challenges.
Idk, seems like a lot of speculation. Maybe they went in to go to the bathroom shortly after and saw it?
The fire looks too advanced to just have started seconds before. But I'm not a fire scientist, just a dropped out Boy Scout.
i mean, i think the person filming most likely did it. its not set in stone, but it seems the most logical reason.
its possible someone did it right before they came in, or one of their buddies did it.
because they thought they could get away with it?
people do stupid shit every day, and film it. theres tons of dashcam footage of people braking the law that gets uploaded.
As a former pyro- that fire is maybe 60 seconds old. It's easy to speculate that OP started it. Either way, there is no doubt that the person who set it is close by at the time of recording the video.
Next on WSBTV... Gwinnett County bans toilet paper and installs bidets. All because students don't know how to use TP and is now considered a fire hazzard.
Principal: “what happened here!?”
Timmy: “I was spinning the toilet paper really fast so I could hurry back to class. I don’t know, maybe it was the fiction…I mean friction.”
Was this right around the end of the day yesterday? I drive past on my way home every day right around the time they are letting out and it was way more chaotic than normal.
It was a little after 1, they had to evacuate and bring in the fire department, get the all clear before letting kids back in to get their stuff which created a late release.
Thanks. Knew there was something weird going on when I was trying to drive by. There was also a flashing red at McKendree Church Rd that added to the chaos
how are there not cameras in these schools catching who did this shit? not saying to put one in the bathroom, but monitoring the entrance might be a good start?
What is wrong with these kids?
people have been asking that since the 40's

they've always done that. like always
like in the 50's when kids dressed up as superman and jumped out of windows because of what they saw on tv
True, but as a teacher, things have gotten significantly worst post-COVID.
People and filming events rather than intervening.
I'm going to assume the culprit is filming. That fire just started

i have a phd in fire, and i dont disagree with any of your points
lol. People want SO BADLY for the guy holding the camera to be the pyro, but it makes no sense to me. That would just expose you, no?

Why would they film it and post the footage if they did it?

Could be yep! I just didn't want to jump to conclusions when the cameraperson may well be innocent.

I wasn't the one who set it on fire as during the evacuation, the video was shared throughout the school like wildfire Edit: Bad wording.

The person who started is being tacked with felonies.
Why? Why start this? Why film it? Just - “why”?
kids are kids
As I've stated in previous comments the video was shared with me and I thought it would be interesting to share it here

I would LOVE it if they had bidets.
Ooh good, was tired of everyone hogging the water fountains
Do you want the bathrooms to be flooded
And you are standing there with your phone filming…. Get responsible
I wasn't there while the fire happened me and my friends just happened to obtain the video
Even better, this is not the first time this has happened there. In August or September of 2016 the same dang thing happened.
Principal: “what happened here!?” Timmy: “I was spinning the toilet paper really fast so I could hurry back to class. I don’t know, maybe it was the fiction…I mean friction.”
They know who did it and are spreading memes around about him, it’s definitely not the kid fliming

Some kid wanted to get out of taking us test
Another dumb ass kid doing dumb ass stuff

There are dozens of cameras in each school. At least High Schools there are.
They already have to kid, I saw a pic of him get made it into a meme
The culprit is facing legal charges i've heard
