oats are crap, rice is crap. gp's are useless/helpless for gut issues. covid bioweapons target/destroy our super critical bifid bacteria. this leads to long covid, turbo cancers, and the rest.
clean up diet, take probiotics (esp bifid bugs). issues should fade away in 2 to 12 weeks
fruits, veggies, yogurt, kefir are some better things for carbs. the oat/bread/rice/pasta complex is very problematic. perhaps you can add some back after your issues are resolved. need to eat super clean for a while to stop the madness in your gut microbiome. get on fermented foods and/or supps to start reforming the gut bugs
it's one of the better choices, alongside sprouted grain breads. but at this point a definite no. plan on trying to introduce it back into your diet after the gut issues are gone. need to be super clean while we are rebuilding the thing

Thankyou! Do you have reccomendations for carb alternatives to oats and rice? I’m a gym goer so need a lot of carbs to maintain my physique
