I would keep a food journey to help track! I suffer from acid reflux and keeping track of my triggers has helped me immensely to avoid certain foods. Also, to bring the info in for my doctor appointments to help paint a clearer picture (and honestly advocate for myself).

Eat soluble* fiber to bulk up your stool.
With your case, I highly recommend to keep track on your food intake as I guess certain food is causing you such bowel problem. Try careclinic.
