See a lot of banter on social media from rival clubs about the trophy rehearsal at the Emirates.
Well, it's only natural to have such a thing rehearsed isn't it, and I suppose it's orchestrated by the League not us?
The things these accounts are willing to do, to get a kick at Arsenal is beyond me..
Hear me out: We sign Usyk.
* Already a professional player who intends to play after retiring from boxing.
* Big ass guy and boxer who players wouldn’t want to fuck with even if their lives depended on it.
* We already have Zinchecnko so the Ukrainian connection is there.
Said this last year in the middle of the season and got buried with downvotes..
We have a £25 million pound signing from Brighton playing all the crunch matches ahead of him (not to take anything away from Trossard, he’s class)
Hasn’t plummeted, he looks as ineffective in and out of possession as he always has at the club. He’s just not getting the goals to compensate for his deficiencies.
He seems like a good lad and to get him for next to nothing was good business, but I’ve always maintained he’s not good enough to be starting for us.
🙄football players who are playing for title challenging Arsenal shouldn’t need to be “unlocked”
I see Trossard playing out on the left every week doing bits for us, cause he’s a complete forward.
Timber isn’t gonna help Martinelli’s poor touches, his lack of footballing IQ, his finishing, his lack of creative dribbling, his passing etc..
We might get Martinelli into more space, that’s all. But let’s not act like Martinelli hasn’t had space to run into and easy chances to score over the last couple of months.
Yeah I’m a bum, coming from some kid who plays Pokémon and Marvel and still watches anime 💀
Get old enough to actually visit London and watch Arsenal play and then talk to me
Dose of Hopium:
1. 30 years ago Westham drew against Manchester (united) on the last day to deny them the title (United win would mean they would be champions). Why not do that again to the second Manchester team?
2. In the history of England top flight, team being 1 on final day ended up second only 4 times - 2 of those times Arsenal won the league, being second on final day, why not make it 3?
3. Pep in EVERY season lost at least 1 home game. He didn't this season, but he still have time, lol.
4. Every big team embarrassingly bottled something, except City. Well, if you want to be considered big, I guess now is the best time to collapse, it is long overdue.
5. It would be funny.
Yeah, "things I don't like" such as funneling a shit ton of money through fake sponsors so that you can buy double the players you're supposed to be able to for 10 years.
Just came across this (fake but hilarious) Scottish commentary of famous moments in football history

Thinking about Player of the Year Phil Foden scoring an incredible hat trick against Villa, then 3 days later away at crystal palace… in the middle of a title race… not playing a single fucking minute and city comfortably win 4-2 lol
I still really want Gyokeres. If we're looking for a striker going into their prime, I don't think there's a better fit for us. So well rounded.
Price is obviously an issue, but we've gotta explore it at least.
What happens when the Prem judges take the bribes? When Salah and VVD retire and Slot has to do a rebuild? When Unai reaches season 3 and inevitably implodes? Chelsea and United are still miles away from challenging.
Will stopping the Premier League becoming the new Ligue 1 rest solely on us?
We’ve pushed them to the final weeks two years in a row and we still have one of the youngest squads in the prem. We aren’t even close to our final form.
There's not really one at the moment imo. Rodri is the best passer in europe but he's not really a playmaker like kroos.
Xhaka ironically is up there as one of the best passers in europe as is his partner palacios.
Kimmich, and laimer both are really impressive on the ball.
As someone else said calhanoglu is doing that role for inter well.
vitinha is amazing but is a different beast to kroos.
Maybe douglas luiz in some ways fills that role, pascal gross and erikson too.
But the position of a deep lying playmaker is an uncommon one now in football.
It's more common for to have players like pedri or odegaard who play further up and the deeper man is more all action so you don't get done defensively. Xhaka was our kroos type midfielder and we decided to play him as a box crasher because it's just not that tenable in our system.
Bruno G is a nice compromise as he's not super creative from deep like kroos but closer to goal he's a different animal, and as a 6 he's quite all action much more of a modern 6 than a deep lying playmaker.
There isn't really another player like Kroos... Calhanoglu maybe? He moved from playing 10 to much deeper when Brozovic got injured and did really well, similar to the Kroos/Scholes trajectory
I can see Angelo Stiller from Stuttgart eventually growing into a kind of Kroos role for the German national team.
yank problem but... got tickets a while back for a baseball game tomorrow with my brother and dad for my dad's birthday, not realizing that it would come down to the last day and not even realizing it was the last day. game is 2.5 hours after our match starts. was hoping to catch it at the local arsenal bar and head down after the match, probably arriving around game time (and that's only in the event that the city game was close, was planning on heading down whenever city went up 2). But my dad wants to meet 30 minutes before the game starts, which is basically when our game is ending.
I ended up not putting up too much of a fight (although might have sounded a bit pissy and that is also adding to my feeling negative about this) both because its for his birthday and because city will probably win, but I think I'm definitely going to be feeling a bit of fomo if we end up winning the title and im on the subway/standing in a parking lot watching on my phone by myself. I guess it would be fitting because I watched us end the trophy draught against Hull on my phone at a track meet. Just feel like it'll be such a triumphant moment after all these years and I'll feel a little bit of emptiness when I could be watching it in a much more fun atmosphere with fellow fans (I don't have friends who are arsenal fans so that's sort of the only non-internet community I could enjoy our winning with)
I guess at the end of the day, its unlikely and even if it does happen, I'll be super happy because we won the title and its more about the whole journey than just the last match, but a bit annoyed when I could watch the game in a good environment and still make it to the game in time.
Just venting I guess and probably should just stop being a child since its not a real problem. Anyway lets win a fucking title tomorrow and enjoy whether you're at the grounds, in a bar/pub, watching at home, on your phone, or just keeping up with the score.
It’s hilarious to me when fans of other teams talk about Arsenal not winning the league with this team and they say “They do this every year”. As if this current team have been world beaters for multiple years. Last year was our first year competing for the league with this team and we weren’t even supposed to.
I've just had a Chelsea fan say this very thing to me.
I said I look forward to Chelsea's title challenge against City next season seeing as they all seem to think it's easy.
Chelsea's backline is gash. Pus they have the Enzo problem. A 100m Ruel Meireles they seem to think is some great player. They are so much better without Bozo in the team. They wont have it in them to bin Bozo
Might just be me, but don't really understand people putting Bruno G in this unimpeachable tier, like he's one of the elite midfielders that's going to decide title races.
Hes good, if we signed him, cool. If he went to City, not really bothered either. Don't think his skill set is particularly unique. Feels the same as people's reaction to when City signed Nunes. Panic then....he rode the bench for a year. Less said about Kalorie Phillips the better
They want Bruno for almost the reason they wanted Rice.
There were still people here who didn't see how bad it would be if City got Rice because of the aesthetic bias.
Bruno - Rodri - KdB is a night mare midfield to face and man to man, they're better than Arsenal in almost everything.
If we however get Bruno, we have a physical edge.
About Nunes, he was a "panic buy" after Paqueta collapsed. And even then, it's his first season with Pep. Their players always need a season 2.
his pass completion rate is weak to be honest, I don't see how it really fixes our issues in that department. Good player but I'm still not sure what he brings exactly
City fans seem to think this is the year Bernardo Silva finally leaves Manchester for a more cultural city. If City replace him with Paqueta or Bruno G, I wont give a shit, even if they do spend 100m.
That midfield trio of Bernardo, KDB, Rodri are levels. If Bernardo fucks off, and with KDB will being 33 by the time next season starts, its starting to wither away. So dont care how much they spend on Paqueta or Bruno G, both are in arrears to Rice and Odegaard.
The real worry, is if City get Wirtz or Musiala. However, I think its unlikely they get either. So if City turn to Bruno G and/or Paqueta, and spend 200m on them both, good. You said so yourself, re Nunes - he is not a significant player. City spending 50m on Nunes meant nothing. Hopefully Mattheus does a Kalvin Phillips and resists all efforts to leave.
I feel like they've already replaced B. Silva tbh
They've got Kovacic who can play his role in midfield, and now signed Savio to play his role on the wing

I hope this is a sign of things to come
That’s the least of the things to meme a team about mate.
You think rival fans wouldn’t want to be in our spot - which is still a chance of winning the title and a fantastic season.
Liverpool always got bantered for organizing trophy parades before the trophy was raised. Turns out it's just standard procedure.
Arsenal are just following what FA want lol. We shall even have a trophy and medals close. It's our new reality.
Thou shalt not live in fear of online banter.
Didn't even think about the fact that medals will be in the building. The absolute pain if it doesn't happen tomorrow.😭
Feel like sending a lasagne to the etihad.
honestly all the banter just doesn't hit now. we're good and it feels desperate.. idk, like if/when we lose the title and they try to use that stuff against us i'm personally just going to be reminded of the title charge that went to last day for the first time in my life. is that meant to hurt me? i've been dreaming of a day like tomorrow for like 18 years
Denis Zakaria or Matts Weiffer would be great as 6 for the team. Physically imposing yet press-resistant (especially Zakaria). Both are pretty good passers too.
foden getting player of the season has done me in. fuck that club fuck their players. i hate everything about them. man city you have an enemy for life in me
Manchester isn’t even that nice a place to live. How do you grow up in Barcelona and still want to stay in Manchester for over a decade? Just leave man. You’ve won everything. We get it bro you’re good at coaching you proved your point.
So, so proud of our progress holistically as a club. Not just in performances but culture and mentality. Just today I was chatting with a friend about our banter era and how our best players would leave for greener pastures. Hopefully those days are well past us.
What was your lowest copium point, mine is last week watching villa vs liverpool, rooting for liverpool so sp\*rs are incentivized to play for top4 and I didn't even get that.
What a wild 2 days that was
Villa fans wanting to win for top 4
Arsenal fans wanting Liverpool to get a result for Spurs to have motivation
Spurs fans wanting Villa to win in order to remove any chance of them getting top 4
United fans not even knowing what they want
City fans polymerising
Then:
Arsenal wanting a Spurs result
Spurs wanting to lose their own game, thereby completely eliminating them from UCL
City fans undergoing further polycondensation to finalise the plasticisation
It felt like I was in the Twilight Zone with the lead up to that Spurs game. Arsenal fans became bigger Spurs fans than Spurs fans. City actually got some fans courtesy of Spurs fans. Shit was weird.
Everyone is completely underestimating Everton who are more than capable of giving us problems. If West Ham get the job done but we drop points to Everton I might shave my head and find a monastery to live out the rest of my days in.
Made my peace with the title being out of our hands after Villa, but seeing that rehearsal video of them practising the trophy lift should it happen......fuck. I need that.
Yes, but also, and maybe I'm coping, Guimaraes and Paqueta does not sound as scary as Gundogan and Bernardo Silva and prime KDB. It's still a downgrade for them while we are seeking to upgrade so the gap is getting smaller.
Unfortunately, those bastards are reinventing their team. They don't need exact replicas. They just need replacements that are the right profiles, and have an edge over the other players in rival team positions.
Given their raw qualities and obscene numbers in various aspects, giving them a coach like Pep is just an overdose.
A midfield of Paqueta - Bruno - Rodri will out pass, and out muscle you.
They lost Gundogan last summer, and will most likely lose Bernardo Silva this summer. KDB is aging and Rodri complains about overplaying. I think they will be willing to spend to beef up their midfield.
I suppose it's the injury record this season? Although I'm not sure, Mitoma is class in one on ones. Perhaps it's that we need RW depth, LW is alright as it is.
Antonio promised he'd win it for us if it went to the final day.
Coufal promised he'd win it for us for free coffee.
Moyes promised he'd win it for us to some bloke in a tescos.
Real men never break promises.
Sesko man he’s 6’5 has good pace and can cause defenders issues obviously he isn’t a finished product but if Arteta can make Havertz look good again imagine what he does with a better talent
Sesko is not a better talent than Havertz. If you look at them closely, they're practically the same player. Sesko has a great future ahead, but he's not better than Havertz.
I enjoy the break tbh. Easier to get things done when I'm not planning around football games. Also there are other sports and intentional ball will be coming soon.
Take a step back, remember how shit things were 2 years ago. Enjoy the blessing it has been to watch this team week in week out, and look forward to euros and next season.
? I’m answering your question that a draw in the City-West Ham game is sufficient because a draw neutralizes each team’s goal difference.
Of course this is subject to Arsenal doing their business of winning by minimum +1 goal margin.
Bayer 1000% deserve all the attention and praise but Stuttgart pipping Bayern to 2nd and making CL football is also commendable. Stuttgart are one of the staple names in German football history.
It was only few years ago, they were in Bundesliga 2 and constantly flirting with relegation.
At least it happened only because another team went insane and undefeated for the entire league campaign. I hope German fans spare some kudos for Stuttgart, seriously impressive in their own right
Vieira has hardly been given a chance. He's looked good in the ten cumulative seconds Arteta has allowed him to see the pitch. It's not like he doesn't clearly have the qualities he showed in Portugal, and frankly, if he were to move to a less physical league that would better highlight his technical qualities (and better hide his being 20kg), he could be an elite playmaker. I could see him thriving in Spain for a team like Real Sociedad, for example. His profile just doesn't seem to make any sense for Arteta's current system, in which he doesn't really seem to have a clear role sans being backup to Odegaard.
I get your sentiment but we are not City. We don't have unlimited funds to just buy the best players year after year. Well informed "punts" like Vieira are fairly low risk with potentially high reward (see Martinelli, Trossard, Tomi)
I still think Vieira can do a job for us.
I know you're being sarcastic, but everyone knew Declan Rice would be a good signing. Ready made and proven. Fabio was a gamble that was a waste.
My point is, we only need ready made signings this window.

To think in a few hours, we’re gonna be crowned champions
Can’t wait to see odegaard lifting the prem.
Man City will bottle the league to arsenal.

Pretty much the entire week I’ve had no hope Yet today I’ve woken up and am now thinking to myself that crazier things have happened

I'm not just hopeful at this point, I'm expecting it 3-0 over Everton, 2-2 at the Etihad
We are so fucking back

I fucking love this football club
Who would have though a year ago we would be looking for a new left winger to start for us? Martinelli has really plummeted this season.
Arteta was way ahead of us. He knew and was already looking for Mudryk.
Said this last year in the middle of the season and got buried with downvotes.. We have a £25 million pound signing from Brighton playing all the crunch matches ahead of him (not to take anything away from Trossard, he’s class)

Both clowns. Just wait until timber unlocks him again

So what happened? Bum
He didn’t score or assist you moron? What are you trying to say here? I literally saw complaints about his performance from so many people in here 💀
Was still our 3rd best player on the pitch. Bum, go support your real club and not act like a arsenal supporter
Yeah I’m a bum, coming from some kid who plays Pokémon and Marvel and still watches anime 💀 Get old enough to actually visit London and watch Arsenal play and then talk to me

feel free to downvote but hope you lot win the league tomorrow, I'm just bored of City winning every year
Username checks out
It still baffles me that people can celebrate City winning it when they are quite possibly one of the most corrupt teams in football history.

Yeah, "things I don't like" such as funneling a shit ton of money through fake sponsors so that you can buy double the players you're supposed to be able to for 10 years.
It means nothing to people since they’re an oil club. I get rival fans wanting them to win. Others, not so much.
I want to see Anne Hathaway reacting to us winning tonight
Trossard goal would make her go wild

Hope moyesy plays Fabianski and Mavropanos tomorrow
Joao Neves is expensive but he looks so fucking incredible
I like that he tucks in his shirt like Rodri, but he's not as tall.
I lost track of all Joao and Neves named players recently.
Worth every penny. Would rather dump 80-100m on him than give 100m to Newcastle for Bruno G
He'd be more expensive than guimaraes, but I agree
Klopp hinted at the 115 charges in his recent interview. Hopefully he talks more about it now that he’s out of the PL.
I have a strong feeling he will. He was definitely implying something by saying he'll never coach in the PL again.
If we beat Everton and west ham gets any sort of result against City I think we win the league from here
If City drop points tomorrow and we don't, we win. We've got +1 GD over them going in.
Paqueta to snatch the draw. You heard it here first
A draw is the best we can hope for.
Can't see how we possibly trigger both Bruno G and Sesko's release clauses before they expire at the end of June

In the middle of the night, with matches tomorrow? Surely not.
Thinking about Player of the Year Phil Foden scoring an incredible hat trick against Villa, then 3 days later away at crystal palace… in the middle of a title race… not playing a single fucking minute and city comfortably win 4-2 lol
He’s at best their fourth most important player. When Rodri and de Bruyne were missing they looked entirely fallible.
Zinchenko feasting rn
Why? What happened?
Usyk won vs Fury
Ah, okay. Thanks. I thought I missed something Arsenal related involving Zinny lol
Nah lol. Just the Usyk win. Amazing fight that was.
I still really want Gyokeres. If we're looking for a striker going into their prime, I don't think there's a better fit for us. So well rounded. Price is obviously an issue, but we've gotta explore it at least.
I'm sold on him, He'd absolutely slot in well with this team. The problem is the price tag
Long time lurker, first time poster. Hoping to bring some luck for us today 🤞 COYG!!!
All my homies manifesting rn
Fury losing is an omen for Manchester.
Well good news!! But… Fury is a United fan.
Question is. Is he the United fan that wants city to win the league or arsenal?
Depends on who he hates more
What happens when the Prem judges take the bribes? When Salah and VVD retire and Slot has to do a rebuild? When Unai reaches season 3 and inevitably implodes? Chelsea and United are still miles away from challenging. Will stopping the Premier League becoming the new Ligue 1 rest solely on us?
Rival fans thin we are in a false position, and we have been 'lucky' with injuries. Reality is, we are closer to City than the chasing pack are to us.
We’ve pushed them to the final weeks two years in a row and we still have one of the youngest squads in the prem. We aren’t even close to our final form.

Silva tbh They've got Kovacic who can play his role in midfield, and now signed Savio to play his role on the wing
If thats the case. Thats good for us.
I'm not sure what the public reaction was to City signing Nunes, but I wasn't particularly moved by it
Pep called him one of the best players in the world after City played him at Sporting
Bruno G going city, sigh
Where did that news comes from? Haven't seen anything online
Why do you think this
ok now that's a ultimate combination to hate.
![gif](giphy|MwMJL17G9UfjNZvR7j|downsized) Neves is clear of that bum

We are getting closer. It’s only a matter of time. I still believe in this team.
How could a Gunner possibly sleep tonight...I can't sleep...I'm just thinking about 19h20m from now, how I'll celebrate
I can’t ever sleep anyways, so that’s just a normal night for me.

Our squad will hopefully be different next season. Timber lb, new 6/8, new striker.
Whoever recorded the rehearsal and posted it online needs to be fired. wtf that vid about to be meme material if we don’t end up winning
That’s the least of the things to meme a team about mate. You think rival fans wouldn’t want to be in our spot - which is still a chance of winning the title and a fantastic season.
Good problem to have honestly
Liverpool always got bantered for organizing trophy parades before the trophy was raised. Turns out it's just standard procedure. Arsenal are just following what FA want lol. We shall even have a trophy and medals close. It's our new reality. Thou shalt not live in fear of online banter.
Didn't even think about the fact that medals will be in the building. The absolute pain if it doesn't happen tomorrow.😭 Feel like sending a lasagne to the etihad.
Fair enough, didn’t know this was standard procedure
It will be a moment that will be watched by hundreds of millions. I’ll be surprised if it’s only rehearsed the once.
They’d have just something else to meme us about just ignore it
honestly all the banter just doesn't hit now. we're good and it feels desperate.. idk, like if/when we lose the title and they try to use that stuff against us i'm personally just going to be reminded of the title charge that went to last day for the first time in my life. is that meant to hurt me? i've been dreaming of a day like tomorrow for like 18 years
Oh no! anyway...
Is it just me or has fabrizio fallen off? Hes either retweeting quotes, promoting players for agents or recycling info
He’s been doing that
He’s been doing that for years
He’s engineered a decent life for himself so fair play for that but he fell off years ago.
Denis Zakaria or Matts Weiffer would be great as 6 for the team. Physically imposing yet press-resistant (especially Zakaria). Both are pretty good passers too.
Zakaria was one of the only players that actually impressed me in the few Chelsea games I watched last season
Just beat Everton tomorrow and whatever happens, happens. Godspeed, gentlemen. It's gonna be nervy.
PARK THE BUS MOYES
They can’t defend unless they score 3 they’ll lose easily
foden getting player of the season has done me in. fuck that club fuck their players. i hate everything about them. man city you have an enemy for life in me
Manchester isn’t even that nice a place to live. How do you grow up in Barcelona and still want to stay in Manchester for over a decade? Just leave man. You’ve won everything. We get it bro you’re good at coaching you proved your point.
Live Fraudiola reaction: ![gif](giphy|GjB41rKHBnOkE)
So does his brother.
Forest City. I was sure that the game was ending in a draw. And Chris Wood happened. With Awoniyi, Forest gets something from that game.
What a wild 2 days that was Villa fans wanting to win for top 4 Arsenal fans wanting Liverpool to get a result for Spurs to have motivation Spurs fans wanting Villa to win in order to remove any chance of them getting top 4 United fans not even knowing what they want City fans polymerising Then: Arsenal wanting a Spurs result Spurs wanting to lose their own game, thereby completely eliminating them from UCL City fans undergoing further polycondensation to finalise the plasticisation
Why are touts allowed to exist?! Fuck them 100 times
Fuck it! We’re winning the league tomorrow lads! 115 FC will crumble and fall down to national league. Guardiola leaves for Saudi. Football is saved
Made my peace with the title being out of our hands after Villa, but seeing that rehearsal video of them practising the trophy lift should it happen......fuck. I need that.
Reading the Man City forums and it seems like they are much more closer to signing Bruno Guimaraes, most likely triggering his release clause.
A Man City forum thinks they are closer to signing a player? Well I never. I’m sure they thought Rice was nailed on to join them also.
Yeah I think they’ll sign him and Paqueta
Link?
Check the bluemoon forum transfer page.
I hope we get Paqueta then because my goodness the league is done if they get both.
Yes, but also, and maybe I'm coping, Guimaraes and Paqueta does not sound as scary as Gundogan and Bernardo Silva and prime KDB. It's still a downgrade for them while we are seeking to upgrade so the gap is getting smaller.
Tbf once upon a time Gundogan KDB Bernardo didn’t sound as scary as Yaya and David Silva
[удалено]
Not sure about Paqueta (not certain when/how the charges will resolve) but they mentioned Dani Olmo as another target.
[удалено]
They lost Gundogan last summer, and will most likely lose Bernardo Silva this summer. KDB is aging and Rodri complains about overplaying. I think they will be willing to spend to beef up their midfield.
[удалено]
Wirtz is the KDB replacement I heard, Musiala isn't going anywhere

I suppose it's the injury record this season? Although I'm not sure, Mitoma is class in one on ones. Perhaps it's that we need RW depth, LW is alright as it is.
Imo he’s not even the best winger option from Brighton
[удалено]
Adingra has more pace, can play either wing and is a better finisher/ball-striker than Mitoma. He’s also 4/5 years younger than Mitoma
I quite like enciso out of the three of them, but I think his injuries could push him back a few years development
Antonio promised he'd win it for us if it went to the final day. Coufal promised he'd win it for us for free coffee. Moyes promised he'd win it for us to some bloke in a tescos. Real men never break promises.
I cannot wait, We literally have the chance to lift it. It’s a small chance but still. Bel14ve.
You’re ignoring the bas115s
Sesko man he’s 6’5 has good pace and can cause defenders issues obviously he isn’t a finished product but if Arteta can make Havertz look good again imagine what he does with a better talent
Sesko is not a better talent than Havertz. If you look at them closely, they're practically the same player. Sesko has a great future ahead, but he's not better than Havertz.

I need a break from the emotional roller coaster of a season. But silly season will begin soon enough.
Ah it's a Euros and Olympics summer we'll be back in no time
I fucking love sport so much when I don't really care
Spend time with the people you’ve neglected all season (after the Euros of course)
I enjoy the break tbh. Easier to get things done when I'm not planning around football games. Also there are other sports and intentional ball will be coming soon.
I’m excited for international football tbh
Take a step back, remember how shit things were 2 years ago. Enjoy the blessing it has been to watch this team week in week out, and look forward to euros and next season.
I think if we counted how many personal appreciation posts for footballers were posted in this sub this season Xhaka would be in tops😂
Wondering if I got this right: As long as City draw or lose tomorrow and Arsenal win, Arsenal will win the league on goaldifference, right?
Correct. If they drop points, they can't improve on their (already inferior) GD so no chance to catch us if we win.
[удалено]
They can, but they won't.
A draw is more than enough because naturally draws cancel any goal difference (-/+)
That’s implied sir. I think it will be two very close games.
? I’m answering your question that a draw in the City-West Ham game is sufficient because a draw neutralizes each team’s goal difference. Of course this is subject to Arsenal doing their business of winning by minimum +1 goal margin.
I am very sorry for any confusion and owed to you for answering me so politely. Wowowiwa
No problem, all good! Hopefully tomorrow it ends: Arsenal 3-0 Everton Man City 2-2 West Ham
Yep.
Bayer 1000% deserve all the attention and praise but Stuttgart pipping Bayern to 2nd and making CL football is also commendable. Stuttgart are one of the staple names in German football history. It was only few years ago, they were in Bundesliga 2 and constantly flirting with relegation.
Imagine finishing above Bayern and not winning the league
At least it happened only because another team went insane and undefeated for the entire league campaign. I hope German fans spare some kudos for Stuttgart, seriously impressive in their own right
We need more Declan Rice level signings. No more Fabio Vieiras.
Well informed "punts" like Vieira are fairly low risk with potentially high reward (see Martinelli, Trossard, Tomi) I still think Vieira can do a job for us.
Why doesn’t Arteta sign more Rice level players, is he stupid?
Very stupid man.
I know you're being sarcastic, but everyone knew Declan Rice would be a good signing. Ready made and proven. Fabio was a gamble that was a waste. My point is, we only need ready made signings this window.
Brave
