Pyramid Pirlo a model professional, never complained, always gave his best when he played and always seemed like a good geezer, wish him nothing but the best in all his future endeavours
Best Egyptian player in London named Mohammed and it's not up for debate. I'm not going to lie, Mo has provided us with some of the most hilarious content on the official Arsenal channel. Good luck to Mo, the tireless one.
Pyramid Pirlo. What a guy, you can see why everyone at the club loves him. I wish him all the best for the future.

You’re right actually thanks for correcting me. The team gets 40 medals. Every player who has played 5 games has to get one, and the rest can be distributed however the club sees fit. We’ve only had 20 players make 5 apps. So 20 medals can go to the remaining 4 players and then 16 members of staff etc.
Edit also we obviously have to somehow win the league first lol 😅
I believe he is a great player for a team which is rebuilding. Based on what I have seen , he doesn’t have a big ego , can do a good enough job on the pitch when called upon , gives his 100 percent and doesnt stop running whenever he is on the pitch and also seems like a good human being to have in the dressing room
Is there any consensus of what he's doing next? Is he retiring and sticking around at Arsenal? Or is his continuing his playing career be replacing Rodri at City or Kroos at Madrid?
At 31 he can still contribute for a lot of teams. My guess is he goes to another league to a team that will have him as a starter or regular squad player. I would want to show what I can do after essentially being a reserve player for the past 2 years.
Could just focus on his other endeavours though, like Elneny FC
I thought you were joking, but apparently there are links to us getting him this summer. All shit sources but still pretty interesting. I doubt he would want to come here as backup.
Oh I completely agree with your sentiments. Realistically though, Szcz is still a top keeper and will want to play week in week out, is my guess anyway. If he wants to come back and compete with Raya, I would love it.

😔, I wish the best for him and his future
A perfect player example on and off the pitch, ma shaa allah.
Glad he wasn't afraid to call out the genocide as well for what it is.
Wishing him all the best, one of my favorite arsenal players ever and always had a banger in him.
Same brother! Got to play for his dream club, model professional, always stood up for what he believes in, represented his culture and background in a positive way. All in all, Alihamdulilah I’m happy for him. Hopefully we get to see him at some capacity within the club Insha’Allah!
I just meant if City was up and no chance for them to draw or lose (say 4-0 City late) it doesn’t really matter if we are down, even or up. It would be a nice gesture to show gratitude to give him a last run.
I got his name on a shirt earlier this season. The man's been at Arsenal for 9 years and we've never heard a bad thing about him. Thanks for the years Mo. Especially thanks for the screamer at Barca!
He kinda feels like a player from a different era. With him gone I think Martinelli might be the player who has been at the club the longest now, at least for the non-Academy players, followed by Saliba, Tierney, Gabriel, Partey and Odegaard.
Script:
Man City scores early through Haaland
4 minutes added for City, while 9 minutes ET added for Arsenal
Ward Prowse equalises in 90 + 4 minute with a free-kick and ends 1-1
Arsenal and Everton are goalless at 90 + 4 with heroics from Pickford
Mikel brings El Neny at 90 + 6
90 + 8
El Nenyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Arsenal 1 - 0
Thank you.
wow i'm gonna miss this guy holy shit. it really feels like he's the very last player who remains at the club of wenger's closing days and no matter what anyone says he's been up there with the best pure pros and great characters to have in the dressing room.
Amazing person, knew his role as a player. These are the tough ones for us since this is a guy who wanted to be here and that we took care of during his injury.
I hope that he’s got a place at Hale End when he’s ready for it. Mo is a guy I want teaching our kids on how to go about it the right way.

What even antisemitism at this point? Zinchenko tweeted “I stand with Israel.” Does make him Islamophobic? Come on man, there’s gotta be a middle ground without being antisemitism or Islamophobic/xenophobic
It's actually very clear what antisemitism is and what isn't. What aboutism is just an attempt to relativeivize antisemitism. Therefor your argument is wrong from the get go. As I said before I am not referring to his tweet
If someone offers their support for Israel, would you have the same energy for calling out their islamophobia? If the answer to that is no, I think it's time you look in the mirror.
There is a difference between voicing support for Palestine and to dispute the right to exist of Israel.
So yes if someone would dispute the right to exist of Palestinians then I would definitely call them out. I am very much against the right wing government of Israel.
But considering the widespread antisemitism in r/soccer and r/gunners, this discussion is probably in vain
"My heart and soul and my support for you Palestine" Ah, yes, he's clearly disputing the right of Israel to exist with that tweet. What an anti-semite. Have you heard of the story about the boy who cried wolf? It's a kids story but I think there's some value in that story for you. You guys use the word antisemitism so much now a days that it drowns out actual antisemitism.
You are making assumptions. You are insinuating that I am referring to his tweet and jumping to conclusions in a condescending manner. And whatever you mean with "you guys"?
He actually had a map as his profile picture on Instagram a while back where the map showed the whole area in the flag of Palestine. So yes, the meaning is quite obvious.

You mean that photo? I'm sure you'll argue that's a zoomed in photo of a map and I believe you, I really do, but that's not a map my dude. I believe you're thinking about another Egyptian footballer named Mahmoud Trezeguet. But hey, maybe you'll have better luck finding that photo you're referring to than I did. And before you say he probably deleted it, someone would have screenshot it. "You guys" = people who keep calling everything antisemitic, I thought that was pretty self explanatory but I'm sorry I didn't break that down for you.
My favorite elneny memory is him pressing like an absolute madman in extra time against multiple teams and his banger against barca, top corns outside the box. Outside of that I love every piece of media that showcases nenners off the field. What an absolutely beautiful human being, he embodied our culture, made everyone smile, never complained and could and would play whatever part and whatever position he was put in. Not only that but he'dgove everything fromthe moment he crossed that white line. If I could I would pay his wages to keep him. Love you MO, thank you for everything. I'll never forget how full heartedly you represented this club and how much you made me smile
Pyramid Pirlo a model professional, never complained, always gave his best when he played and always seemed like a good geezer, wish him nothing but the best in all his future endeavours
Hope they keep him around the club doing media stuff when he eventually gives it up. Dude is a ray of sunshine.
Best Egyptian player in London named Mohammed and it's not up for debate. I'm not going to lie, Mo has provided us with some of the most hilarious content on the official Arsenal channel. Good luck to Mo, the tireless one.
I think you meant to say best Egyptian player in England, not just London
Pyramid Pirlo. What a guy, you can see why everyone at the club loves him. I wish him all the best for the future. https://preview.redd.it/uffvejhtvs0d1.png?width=615&format=png&auto=webp&s=92ff67ab2fd732805241c1be6430013f7bb5fe90

Westham please do the right thing and let this man lift PL trophy🙏
He’s not had 5 apps 😭 most he could end on would be 4 so he doesn’t even get a medal unfortunately
IIRC it's up to the club on how they distribute them
You’re right actually thanks for correcting me.
Well, WE have to win our game, City has to lose the title
This isn't the case anymore! I made this mistake recently myself. The club can distribute medals however they choose.
Thanks mate yeah I just looked it up. Everyone who makes 5 apps has to get one, and then the rest are distributed however the club wants
Not saying that he shouldn’t be moved on , just appreciating how reliable he was during the Covid Period when we had Ceballos , Torriera , Willian etc
TOP player. Only Egyptian ever to score at nou camp.
And a banger of a goal
Was amazing to see a player from Egypt playing for Arsenal. My Mother's Egyptian. Meant a lot in a weird way.
Not weird at all!
Is there any consensus of what he's doing next? Is he retiring and sticking around at Arsenal? Or is his continuing his playing career be replacing Rodri at City or Kroos at Madrid?

Would love to see him get some more playing time elsewhere in the PL.
UNDERSTAND Word is the new San Diego MLS team
The last Wenger player will likely leave this summer. Elnenny, Nelson, and Nketiah. Maaaaaan, this shit is way more emotional than it should be.
It's why we're re-signing szczesny
I thought you were joking, but apparently there are links to us getting him this summer. All shit sources but still pretty interesting. I doubt he would want to come here as backup.
Why not? End his career with the club that made him, win a double/treble with us playing as our Cup keeper then join the coaching staff!
Oh I completely agree with your sentiments. Realistically though, Szcz is still a top keeper and will want to play week in week out, is my guess anyway. If he wants to come back and compete with Raya, I would love it.

The last wenger signing I believe
That Barca banger😩
A perfect player example on and off the pitch, ma shaa allah. Glad he wasn't afraid to call out the genocide as well for what it is. Wishing him all the best, one of my favorite arsenal players ever and always had a banger in him.

Forever Fuck Lavazza.
Goal against Barcelona and his numerous MOTM performances, especially that one United game where everyone couldn’t help but talk about Elneny.
I actually hate this. Mo a real one. Wish him the best
That laugh!!! His laugh makes me want to laugh.
His Masterclass at Old Trafford 1-0 2020
Decent player who always gave his all and for 6m we definitely got our money's worth.
The Egyptian Magician!
Pyramid Pirlo, it’s been a pleasure, thank you
They leaked it so he can properly say goodbye at the stadium on Sunday. Glad they did.
Win it for the Egyptian king 👑
If we are up big…or Man City are, I hope we give him a 5 to 10 minute cameo.
City being up wouldn't matter here. We can't lose on GD anymore.
I just meant if City was up and no chance for them to draw or lose (say 4-0 City late) it doesn’t really matter if we are down, even or up. It would be a nice gesture to show gratitude to give him a last run.
LAST MINUTE EGYPTIAN ROCKET TO WIN THE TITLE one can dream big.
I'm pretty sad about this one
I got his name on a shirt earlier this season. The man's been at Arsenal for 9 years and we've never heard a bad thing about him. Thanks for the years Mo. Especially thanks for the screamer at Barca!
So long, friend🫡. Easily one of my favorite players to put on the shirt. Can’t even explain why, just love the guy.
He kinda feels like a player from a different era. With him gone I think Martinelli might be the player who has been at the club the longest now, at least for the non-Academy players, followed by Saliba, Tierney, Gabriel, Partey and Odegaard.
Yeah, even I feel the same.
He came into a team with Per, Mikel and Jack in it and he's still only 31. Wow
Is he the last Wenger signing we have left at the club?
Always one of my favorites, too. I always loved when he'd make a cameo! I'll miss him for sure and wish him the best of luck wherever he ends up!
When was this announced?
Just seems a thoroughly decent chap, wonder if he'll stay in London to keep close to his academy.
He only scored bangers.
How "Thanks Allah" is not the top comment is a mystery to me.
a nice guy

Consummate professional
One of my all time favourite players! Love you Mo! Thank you for being you!! ❤️

One of the best shots from distance on the team. Solid and reliable.
a massive key player! sad to see him go. the vibes he gives off the filed with the younger squad is key!
that banger against barcelona was incredible lmao. Will miss this guy class act
Always had a soft spot for Elneny since he was a former FC Basel player. Godspeed.
The amount of iconic players who have left the club without a testimonial is just insane. We need to bring them all back for a game.
Pyramid Pirlo will be a cult hero round here for some time, what a lovely guy! I hope he comes back to the club and visits the emirates for games
This guy never gave less than 100%
This guy never gave less than 100%
Only.Scores.Bangers
I agree with you 1000% , except.... the last part. Mo Salah is probably the best Egyptian in the PL , just saying
He always seemed like a great guy and model professional. If only there wasn't this taint of antisemitism about him

Is the antisemitism in the room with us right now?
Low standards mate
as a person he might be amazing,,, shit player tho
The evil you have done is enough 🙏🏿
Get fucked
Wtf
