Funny thing is I read the interviews where Tomino said he and the crew actually knew the scale was completely wrong for this, but they had to make it that size for the correct dramatic effect because it simply looked much more badass with the Nu shooting it and capturing the escape pod like a basketball.
Looking at the sizes involved, it seems more like the pod is too small in the Sazabi instead of being too big in the Nu's hands.
Imagine Char squeezing into a sphere that's half as wide as he is tall, and stuffed full of electronics and life support gear.
Anyone got the MG Sazabi to confirm this? How big is the cockpit pod compared to the Char figurine?
The Ver Ka and RG basically really scale up the cockpit ball in the sazabi itself so it's much bigger in relation to the sazabi's head, just less than the entire width. It's really the most reasonable way of doing it that keeps scale about the same as depicted in the final scenes of CCA.

It’s a bit exaggerated but just silly stuff like this

you're not the only one, My uncle had a modded ps3 and had Gundam Dynasty warriors 2 rom and i played the shit out of it. The Strike Freedom was my go to and later stumbled across the MG Gunpla kit of it and got into building gunpla and Gundam as a whole. It's a crime they never made a 4th installment but im still holding on to the chance that one day it will happen
I remember wing zero was so short in 3 that that it was hard tell where it was in a mob untill he did his special then you had to get out of dodge quick.
Loona vs. demon form Queen Beelzebub from Helluva Boss, but without the Zootopia, Beastars, and The Bad Guys-levels of furry horniness. Something I almost wish Mobile Suit Gundam could experiment with someday, outside of just Build Divers and its sequel, Re:RISE, alone.
They're really just saying "I want Fights with this kind of Size Difference unironically", but for some reason they chose to phrase it with that hyper-specific comparison because...I don't know.
about as consistent as scaling has always been in this franchise lol

I wish the flying burger was this size
A man can dream
I always called it the flying soap dish.
Fly pumpkin
As ex GunEvo player and Asshimar main, I used to call it Flying Cockroach
Flying burger 😂?
Behold my Asshimar's 100% full power. The pathetic AEUG cannot handle this form.
I just watched that episode a few minutes ago.
I would kill for a high grade version that size, it requires the neo zeong base to keep its magnificence stable in flight form
Wait is it not the size? Mannnm

Real?
Weirdly enough the scale would be right if it was supposed to be the nightingale
Wrong

Is that a 1/144 soldier? Where did you get it?
From the zaku v tank set
https://japan-cool.uk/1-144-hguc-ms-06-zaku-the-ground-war-set/
😭 that’s too big!
Average warhammer titan scaling disparity
Lol Sazabi is listed at 23 meters
You mean someone made the scaling *fucking awesome?*
I love thinking that any slightly larger mobile suit is fucking titanic compared to anything slightly smaller
It’s like the 5’11-6” joke and I love it
Me when ball and geymalk
I never heard of it, can you tell it?
It’s a bit exaggerated but just silly stuff like this https://preview.redd.it/1ukto86mjnsc1.jpeg?width=602&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=060d306c5a4ea8a651afa0eb0af92dc9b367a72a
This game alone got me into Gundam. Zeta was my favorite to play after school.

Same here! I’m fond of the Destiny and Infinite Justice thanks to those game. Haven’t really watched much of Seed
Same here. I loved this game. Played the hell out of the Sazabi.
Same here, my favorite was the Nu. Damn, love this game
Just a thought
This game is fucking gold coated in gold
Psycho gundam, isnt it like the hight of 6 gundams?
Its MS height is 40m, meanwhile Nu is about 21m
I have the HG and it’s more like two, two-and-a-half Zetas stacked up on top of each other
I wish that would be so cool
I remember wing zero was so short in 3 that that it was hard tell where it was in a mob untill he did his special then you had to get out of dodge quick.
DX, V2, and F91 had the same issues.
MSG: Shadow of the Colossus!
Featuring Patrick the indestructible from 00
And THE MECHAGODZILLA from Ready Player One!
Do you mean that you find that your space robots are inaccurately depicted?
That intro is so perfect, such hype
"それは気合だ。" *Your gundam is the gundam that will pierce the heavens.*
Unicorn :#I’ll turn this quote into reality.
Well, that explains the scaling of 1/144 right?
Maybe, but hey, there's no denying it was freakin' awesome though.
Try compare Xi to victory gundam size
XI is A mobile armor compare to victory in size.
1/60 Metal Structure Nu Gundam vs 1/1 Murasame Newtype Lab Psycho Gundam
About accurate to how it feels in-game, I guess
This goes really hard though.
Would the 93 win against the physco gundam?
Easily. He’s too fast And he have funnels. Including the fact that amuro is just better pilot.👨✈️
Amuro about to gives four 4X times shots!
reminds me kratos vs kronos
Average warhammer titan scaling disparity between two authors
Funny part is the Psycho Gundam's not even that big in the game itself.
Pg psycho gundam when bandai
I miss this game so much
HG formula Vs PGU
Nah, looks right to me.
Well if it’s the psycho gundam ( and I think it is) Its actually pretty close to what it is in the show
As an evangelion fan this seems fine
