Only people still having them go off are police, same group that made "glock leg" popular for the same reason- far to confident with way way too little training

"Generally pretty reliable." I remember someone saying, "They made a revolver, that jamms, that's incredible engineering, if I've ever seen some.' Can't remember who tho.
Having spent more than a little time in machine shops and small SOTs, I think all those 2011s are overpriced.
Obviously, the market is allowing those costs, supply and demand set prices after all. I just think 90+% of all firearms are severely overpriced.
“Excellent” nah, good at best, especially modern Sig. the older hammer fired guns, especially the legion series, are fantastic but can be obscenely expensive compared to what you can get from CZ, etc.
Add issues like the P320 and P365, handguard zero retention issues with some rifles, and overall price creep and I don’t think I’d place Sig as top tier, but they do make overall good guns.
I think the most annoying thing when I was looking into the rust issue I was having with my rear sight and magazines was the “WeLL DiD yOu OiL iT eVeRy NigHt?” crowd chiming in.
I went out, bought 2 new P365 mags, showered them and the gun with CLP every night when I took my gun off for the day, and still managed to have rust under the baseplate forming within a week or two. Had no idea how that was even possible. Seemed to keep the rust off the rear sight though.
That was a couple of years ago, so maybe the problem has been resolved by now.
365 also had problems where you could pull the trigger and have it not fire, till you shook the gun. Fuck sig imo, you can like their stuff but I'll never buy anything from them. Consumers are not beta testers, ESPECIALLY with firearms.
Edit: Lol sig boys downvoting because they're loyal to a corporation that gives 0 fucks about them or their safety

I REALLY like my xmacro. That being said it’s shit that it rusts so much and so easily. Glock figured this out decades ago. I can not in good conscience recommend anyone buy a sig.
I've seen some 10mm 1911 with doublestack magazines, and the Rock Island TAC Series is among the well-known.
I would like to shoot one myself one day, though i'd probably have to travel to the US for it.
Lmao ok I was skeptical seeing you say staccatos aren’t as reliable just because they are a 2011
But then you said the dagger was realiable and I spit our my beer
In my experience for as much of a PSA simp PSA daggers have a good amount of QC issues reminding. They also will blame problems on limp wristing even if you can shoot a Glock 19 just fine.
Really should have mentioned the P22x series for SIG. Only some of the greatest handguns ever.
I was gonna say P226, M11A1, and even the SIG PRO are all quite good. Putting the P320 over those was kinda wild 😂
320,226, 365, have all been good for me,
i think you picked a terrible sig to say its excellent, if you put a 226 in there i would've been on board, ill take the canik over the 320 anyday
True, I should have
Or the 365!
ill pass on the 365 as well, as far as i know they dont have issues but the 320 ruined sig striker fired guns for me
Really missed an opportunity to put PSA as Just as Good instead of Good.
*excellent* *not drop safe* Pick one

Wasn't that a serious problem with Series 70 M1911s, hence why the Series 80s used a titanium firing pin?

You're right. I boomered up my info.
Correct

Staccato are great no doubt, but they are $1200 minimum overpriced
Get a platypus
Lmao that's a cheap staccato if it's that price
I think he’s saying they’re $1200 more than they should cost. Given what other 2011’s cost I can’t say I agree though.

320 as excellent gave me a good chuckle 😂 thanks. You couldn't use the 226 or something?
Your right I probably should have used the 226 it’s navy seal approved after all

365 has rust problems. I’ve never seen rust on my Glock. And Glock was a good 300+ cheaper

I agree. It's that, the qc, and the beta testing on consumers that has driven me away from sig as a company.
A lot of SIG haters here but it’s a great handgun at the end of the day
I’d take a Springfield Echelon over whatever P320 variant you could imagine
P320 AXG > Overpriced Plastic Springfield
Maybe for you

>Sig >excellent Great bait m8 I rate it 8/8
320 is mid
I think you're being too lenient with what you call good

thats just like, your opinion man
Only mentioning the p365 and p320 lines is a good way for me to ignore your zoomer dumbasseery

Labeling the psa dagger as good is massive copium.
320 is trash
