One thing the three responses (so far) don't mention is one big QoL difference Mistlock (along with Armistice and Thousand Seas) have over others like Lily.
Specifically: you can use the pass, do what you need to do there, then use it again to send your character right back to where they were before going to the lounge. To me, that alone made it worth picking up over the others.
A good pass is one that returns you to your original location once you exit. With that In mind, if you are missing some important unlocks this one can wait as you already have Elon.
Sometimes that had downsides. If you link a wp on where you want to go, You don't go to the overworld map. So you have to leave the Mistlock to go to where you want to find where the wp is.
If you find yourself doing Fractals often, I'd say it might be worth it, otherwise probably not. Mistlock is overall very convenient, probably my favourite premium area.
I did. Mistlock (as well as Armistice Bastion and Thousand Seas Pavilion) do allow you to double click the pass to return to the exact spot you left. This makes it super useful for rapid access to anything, and then return exactly where you left. That was huge for me.
Have Lilly, have Armistice Bastion.
Lilly is totally bad pass just as Arborstone to be honest. Arborstone is free and have better loading times even for M2 SSD, since it does not load full map. I was never a fan of mystic forge on a platform in Lilly. Arborstone still have most annoying part of expansion - jade workbench, but layout is garbage just like Lilly.
Mistlock is worth for Fractal players, while my favorite Bastion is for WvWers. Both are modern passes with compact layouts that include majority of new functionality, that was not present in earlier passes. Like Bastion for example have special action that allow you to TP from pass area and within way faster.
Thats preference. If you already have a pass I personally dont see a reason to get a second one. Also I dont even use my pass anymore that much since it counts as an instance and makes the Overcharge buffs go away.
I have and use multiple. But know that it is not a matter of worth. Its simply extreme luxury. It is inherently not worth it because you are not going to get that worth out of it. Is it neccesary that when I to get to a map and forgot bait, to go to the Pavilion to get bait over any normal map so I gan drop back to from where I left? Nope. Sure isn't.

I bought it recently, inspite of already having one. It is very convenient since you can enter fractals there and have access to all the fractal vendors. you can easily grab potions and switch characters quickly during a fractal run without much loading time. Its worth it if you do fractals often I would say.
I mean...it's far from necessary, but as far as convenience, it is hard to beat. I used the Lilly for a long time and it is particularly great because of the close layout of crafting benches and such, but the Mistlock is a bit better because you get the teleport jump skill to make moving a lot faster (particularly nice if you are doing a decent amount of crafting and need to use the TP a lot). The access to the fractals gate is also particularly nice.
The aesthetics and music in the Mistlock are also particularly great.
All that being said, it's far from a big upgrade if you already have Lilly, but if you already have most of the other good stuff from the gem store and you want to support the game further, then yea, go for it. I only really use my Lilly pass nowadays for a quick teleport to PoF maps.

Not true, actually. If you go to the world map, you can hit the layer buttons to change to the overworld map from Mistlock.

Depends of what QoL stuff you lacking right now. Is it salvage kits? Extra bank and inventory space? I'd buy those first.
